It's much cheaper than in the shops. How can I be sure it's not counterfeit?

Always loved this perfume but hadn't bought it for quite a while. I purchased a bottle a couple of weeks ago and it hasn't changed, except I actually came out in hives and swollen eyelids!!! not sure if the perfume did this but will leave off of it for a while and try again.
