Great quality and customer support
Great quality. Works perfectly. I also had a great customer service experience jumping through a few hoops in Ubuntu. The vendor's team was super knowledgeable and prompt. I highly recommend this product and company.

Wrong chip used; not able to flash any candleLight firmware to this, it's a brick
Uses a different STM32 IC than listed - this one is STM32F072C8T6 and cannot be flashed with any of the repos their scant documentation links to - so, useless

High quality converter, works great.
Wired this into my truck for OBD, works way better then other USB OBD converters I've used.

Dissappointing that there is no Mac support
I didn't realize when buying this that it did not support macs. Worst case I thought I would load up parallels and run it in a windows vm but I was unable to get that working either. It appears to be a well designed device, nothing broken or cheap looking about it, but if you are a mac owner like me I would avoid this one.

Works really good, easy to use/setup
Was quickly detected by Windows and drivers installed and the com port was available within a few seconds. I like the led status indicators to let you know what's going on. I couldn't do detailed testing as the device I have that use Can Bus (power inverter) apparently is defective. I can't talk with it with any other Can capable device either. So as far as that bit goes, I can't 100% verify its functionality. But I was getting signal output on the pins when I checked with the oscilloscope, and it wasn't all static,so that's a good sign.
