Wrights Baking Premium White Bread Mix - 5x500g

I love this flour and l always use 'Wrights' because l trust it. I use it in my breadmaker. I think the shelf life is 3 months. The flour is great for rising in a bread maker. I have found that flour is at its best when used when it's fresh. It is easy to use and is suitable for use in a bread maker. Look for 'breadmix' on the packet. It makes a lovely bread loaf (just add butter and strawberry jam when the bread loaf has cooled down - yummy!)

Can always be relied on. Produces excellent bread with great ease. Only have to add water.

Excellent flour for bread maker.

Taste good and easy to use, was not value for money after I saw it in Morriston for £1 per bag which is half of this price , I was very disappointed with that.

Bought to use with my Panasonic SD-2500 bread machine. Very simple to use. Add the required amount of water. Use Programme 2 on the machine (Basic Rapid), let the machine do its thing and you've got yourself a delicious loaf of bakery-quality bread. It is expensive per loaf, to be honest, so it's unlikely that I'll be using these bags too often. However, the convenience of the bread mix makes these packs ideal for when you just need a quick loaf of bread or have run low/out of ingredients such as yeast which seems difficult to come by in these COVID-times. Mine arrived with an expiry date of November - so about six months, which is great. Will definitely have used all five packs by then.

This bread mix is really nice & I've bought this before from shops on the high street. I have a bread maker & it's so easy to use, It's tasty makes a good loaf & especially at the moment things with the pandemic it keeps well as a dry ingredient in the cupboard & is ideal to fall back on when needed. The only neg if any would be the price, it costs more than you will pay on the high street so ideally would be even better if the price was somewhat a little less but as for the taste & quality, try it you won't be disappointed.
