Came very quickly! Upon removing her from the plastic and box, she was very bent. I had to work on her for a few days applying slight heat and molding her to the correct shape. After a few days, she was ready to be used. However, every once in a while I notice she starts to bend again. I still love this bag. She is pretty!

The burgundy is beautiful, just as pictured. As soon as I saw this color was available I jumped on it. It is a tad smaller than I expected and the handle could be a little longer but other than that it is a nice bag. I wish there was a slip pocket for my phone, hence the 4 stars. I think if it did I would also purchase the black.

I really love the feel of the leather on this but it just didn't fit me personally. I have larger arms and I feel like the strap didn't really hold on to my shoulder that well and I had to constantly be sliding it back up. I noticed that the corners at the bottom were the first to show wear.

I really wanted this bag to work for me. I like the style and it holds the essential items, however when wearing it falls off my shoulder. I wish it had been a little bigger.The color was beautiful! I will be returning since it doesn’t stay on my shoulder.
