The most effective probiotics I have used
I have tried several brands and strains of probiotics since 2017 when the chiropractor recommended that I start taking them. Apart from the Mason brand, this one works the best and has kept things "moving." It is probably due to the variety of strains in it.

Excellent Probiotic period
This product contains more active cultures (14) than higher priced products which typically will contain 10. Time and again it is what I’ve had recommended by naturopaths and acupuncturists due to the ingredients and price. I honestly hope that reviewing it as such a highly recommended product does not cause the price to skyrocket.
