Arrived today. I'm very impressed! It functions well. I'm slightly confused by the instruction book saying it should not be used for more than 30 minutes at a time. None of the advertising said this,in fact the contrary. Also I'm slightly miffed that within a week of my order the price was reduced by 25% but just my bad luck I guess. The app will not send me a verification code so I cannot complete my registration!

Looks great comfortable to wear , I've tested in our hot spell in London out and about on buses and tubes its OK if you have it on full and mixed ice and air together, its loud in your ears . The app is better to use as its difficult to operate while wearing fan , the battery life on full 1/half hours on full power if you want to stay cool the lower settings in hot weather are pretty useless, I use ice and air flow at the same time and feel refreshing, is it worth £208.00 yes I think it is , you could spend that on a night out , this way you have something to use long time

Honestly, this looks like such a scam. I am especially the technology that calls down your neck but whatever witchcraft and wizardry is going on this absolutely saved my life stuck in a long customs queue in 40° Even on the lowest saying it’s pretty effective the battery lasts a long time the only downside if it is a downside is you can’t wear it lying down (blocking the fan) and if you do it overheats slightly. That said this didn’t happen on a plane as I had a headrest. But it really is portable AC I haven’t used the warming function on it yet as Winter hasn’t come, but I feel like there’s definitely gonna be days when I’m staggering around in the Midwest and I just can’t keep warm that this will come into clutch

The cold plate is brilliant ….but The charge doesn’t last for very long at all and they are very heavy ..I wouldn’t recommend these

This is great for hot weather only used it a few times so far but has done the job and kept me cool and comfortable during a heatwave I love that it's adjustable round your neck which makes wearing it great because you can position the air flow where it's most needed and carry on doing your daily jobs without getting hot, sweaty and irritable all good so far and it does keep you cool it's worth buying GREAT!!!!!

Okay, I have tried the Cyber Fold outside now in 32°C heat here in the UK, it started off okay but for me, as a neurodivergent person with sensory issues, who suffers with the heat badly, I found that my neck got used to the cold and it started to feel warm after, even though it was still cold. I don’t think it gets cold enough for me personally. I would like to see it go down to as low as 16°C (which is what A/C goes down to in a car) and as hot as 55°C. The fan is also still too weak, even on full power. I could hardly feel any breeze at all when outside. It would be helpful if the app displayed the temperature of the person, and the temperature outside as well as a fully controllable temperature gauge on the app for the cold and heat. From 16° to 55°C. Maybe just a cold feature too on the app (where it doesn’t use the fan) or a heat setting where you can have the fan blow heat onto you too, as well as the pad’s heating up, just like the cold does. I think these changes would make a big improvement and would make you the leader in the portable neck air conditioner. I know this might be a lot for your team to do but this is what people are looking for and need when it’s this hot. This would put you above your main competitors. I love the fold design, it’s perfect for people like me with thicker necks. Please DO NOT change this feature. I love the look of it, maybe do a gun metal one or a matte finish one, so as to not leave finger marks, like all over the shiny ones. You are definitely on the right track but there still needs to be improvements.

Os módulos de refrigeração e aquecimento cumprem seu papel resfriando e aquecendo a região da nuca e o modo de ventilação pode ser levemente ajustado/direcionado para a região da testa. O ruído não chega a incomodar mesmo na maior velocidade. A única desvantagem que percebi é que a ventilação não aproveita o resfriamento ou aquecimento da placa. Assim, quem pensar como eu, que ao usar o modo de aquecimento ou refrigeração, que a ventilação será aquecida ou resfriada, isso não irá acontecer.

This thing is my new coping mechanism for the brutal Florida summers. It's comfortable and lightweight around the neck. It's adjustable which really helps depending on the situation. The controls are well thought out and I can easily make adjustments without taking the fan off. Noise levels are what's to be expected. I mean it's a fan and will naturally get louder the higher you increase the speed. I took it to Universal today and it really helped keep me from sweating to death. It felt like 99 degrees with the humidity so I think it was a good test. The battery life is good. It lasted through my 5 hour visit on the second highest fan level and cooling mode on. I do think the cooling pad helps to bring down the core temperature. My only gripe is that it should have come with a hard carrying case at this price point. Either way I'm happy with the purchase.

Extremely good! 3 fans that can work independently through the app, the 3 zone cooling is instant cool and gives a nice cool sensation to the neck. I keep the fans at 30-40% you can power it up more but it gets annoying hitting your ears maybe earphones can block that. Don’t expect the fans to blow fridge like wind, it’s only for circulation. Build quality is really good and straight forward a robust quality fan with cooling pads for those long parking lot walks in the sun, yes I chose this over a e-scooter. Buy from the uk store since I received an open used pack from the uae store.

Y'all! I love this thing! I run got, I'm just always feeling hotter than everyone around me. I work assisting my friend with her paint and sip business, as such I'm constantly running around helping people, setting up and breaking down the rooms, on top of just being a busy mother and wife. This thing has made a real difference in my comfort. The cold plate gets real damn cold, I only use that for a few minutes at a time, and yes the fan does make quite a bit of noise, I mean it's right at your ears, but it's a trade off in willing to make. So far I've only used the fan on low for extended periods of time and have had no issues with battery life. Upcoming vacation will be a true workout and test for this guy but so far I do fully recommend it!
