I liked the book a lot and wanted to implement the charts and tables it has provided but the ebook does not have pictures clear enough for me to read anything. The text is perfectly normal but the pictures and illustrations need a fix.

Half of the book is more a planner with empty pages where we can jot out our diet, routines.

This is an absolute waste of money as more than half a book is a table for daily diet and exercise chart!!

60% of book is a journal to record exercise, gratitude etc
