A wonderful product--- but know these things---
I just love the large, color screen in an e-ink tablet (laptop with the separate keyboard). Allows me to work on it anywhere ouside all summer long. It has worked fine with every Android app I've put on it... Even a professional drawing app. That said, you WILL have to spend some time learning to occasionally adjust color contrast and or screen resolution to see some webpages and apps properly. It's easy, but surely not for everyone. Also, something about the technology will require you to type a little slower than usual. I wouldn't try to write too many multi-page documents on it. That would get frustrating.

Keyboard stopped working in less than a year
I bought the tablet and keyboard cover at the same time in August 2025. The tablet does not recognize the keyboard, and I bought them at the same time after doing significant research. In less than a year (8 months), the tablet absolutely does not work. It is not a Bluetooth issue because the device attaches to the platform and should sync automatically. It is as if the keyboard is literally dead. I have been sure to confirm that the device is added and recognizable on the tablet, but still no connection. I have used ChatGPT, YouTube, you name it. The device stopped working in a matter of months, but of course the refund is only eligible for a few days after purchase. Very disappointing.

High quality device
The combination keyboard / case is very well designed and built and works well. It interfaces neatly with the Note Max and protects the Note Max well. Functionality: The keyboard / case is easy to use.
