I have this problem where, I like using scents... but most of them cause migraines. Or they smell nasty. Or too strongly. Or they're just odorless. In other words, I am annoyingly picky. I put this in my bathroom, on top of the medicine cabinet. It looks nice. It's a nice smell. No migraine. I can smell it in the bathroom only, not the rest of the house. This is probably what I've been looking for. I received this one for free as part of the vine program, but I will buy another.

I picked up this large reed diffuser in a lavender and vanilla scent for my home office, and I have to say, I’m really happy with it. I’ve always loved lavender, and I prefer reed diffusers over plug-ins since they don’t need power and tend to have a long-lasting scent. One thing that really impressed me was the size and look of the bottle—it’s bigger than I expected and actually pretty stylish. The set comes with seven reeds, but I started with five, and it didn’t take long for the scent to fill the room. Soon after, I cut it down to three reeds, which ended up being the perfect balance for the space. While it’s marketed as a lavender and vanilla blend, all I’m really picking up is the lavender—but I don’t mind at all since I find it really calming. Right now, this diffuser is priced at $25.99, which seems like a decent deal. If you can catch it on sale or use a coupon, and you love lavender as much as I do, I’d definitely recommend giving this one a try!

This is a lovely looking set. I've been wanting one of these as I dont always have a handy outlet in some rooms. It's a big bottle so it should last a long time. I started with all the reeds and it was a bit overpowering for the room I'd placed it in. So I bumped it down to four, and then finally two. The scent is quite strong, but my complaint is the scent. I don't smell either lavender or vanilla. Sometimes I almost think I might be catching a tiny bit of vanilla, but then it's gone. It's smells like men's cologne to me, which isn't bad. But when it was first set up it was like sitting on a plane for 6 hours next to someone who had used an entire bottle of cologne. I'd really hoped for more of a lavender scent, as I love that. I can live with this scent, as long as I keep it to one or two reeds.

Only smell when you’re close to it, not strong enough for me. Returning ASAP.

My wife is a big fan of the lavender scent from this diffuser. The item came nicely packed, and the bottle itself is large, looks good, and lasts for months. We placed it in our guest room, but the scent drifts all the way into our living room. It comes with a lot of reed sticks, but we only needed two since the fragrance is pretty strong. Perfect for bedrooms or bathrooms. I even poured some into our wall plug-in diffuser by the entryway, and now the first thing anyone notices when they walk in is this wonderful aroma.

Pros: Arrives packaged well in a giftable box. A plastic stopper keeps the oil contained until ready to set up. Beautiful large sized bottle. I followed the instructions by flipping the reeds-- I ended up using all reeds provided so this is based on my experience with this after using it for over a week: Cons: Average scent "throw"-- I have this in my small guest bathroom on a shelf and will gift whiffs of it when I'm in there but it isn't something that would fill an entire living room--- it's barely noticeable in the guest bathroom. When I do get whiffs it is pleasant-- not too perfumey- more on the lavender side but toned down with the vanilla notes. Although it's large I don't believe this provides any actual benefit-- I've had smaller reed diffusers that actually provided a good scent "throw" in a larger room. Overall, it's just average to me-- I've had better smaller reed diffusers at about the same price point as this one so I don't honestly think having more fragrance oil makes it necessarily better. There is a scent, but to me it's very faint. It's giftable as it comes packaged very nicely. Would I purchase this in the future? Probably not unless there was a significant discount coupon to go along with it.

This scent is very pleasant! I placed three, of the five reeds, in the bottle and the scent is present in my living room after two days. The scent doesn’t overwhelm the room but rather is very subtle. It gives the room a very fresh scent. The bottle is beautiful and makes for good decor. Highly recommend

The scent is lovely when you get close to the oil and get a sniff, but I didn't find that this made my bathroom smell nice. Maybe at the beginning I noticed but then as days and weeks passed, nothing. No, I did not get used to the scent. I use this in my business's bathroom, so I'm not in there very often. I do rotate and flip the sticks, something I learned from using a similar product in the past. It became more like decor in my bathroom until recently.

Pretty bottle and scent, good enough for a small loo, but the scent is quite light and does not spread far.
