Best thing since sunshine.
Where do I start? This is by far the best vacuum ever made. I wanted something simple that would keep up with our 4 cats and busy house. We are always going to the beach and working In the garden. Coming in and out with dirty shoes is a reality in my world. Sadly I have 3 rooms of carpet. I use to have to shampoo the carpet weekly, but not now. Monsanto vacuum cleans perfect. It makes perfect lines and pulls so much dirt out. Even smells clean when finished. So easy to use and great value for the money. I work on pcs all day everyday, so the last thing I wanted was an other app controlled gadget. The remote is simple, just push auto and forget it. This vacuum senses when something is near and reroutes instead of bumping into it like others I have used in the past. It does my entire 1800 square foot home. We use to have to feel cat littler while walking on the tile floors, but no more. It transitions from carpet to tile with ease. Even goes over the area rugs, no longer have to pick up before use. Once complete vacuum returns to hime and recharges the battery. Would highly recommend especially if your wanting a simple way of spending time doing things you love instead of cleaning. It will mop and vacuum at same time which is yet another great function.

Excellent Lidar Guided Robotic Vacuum
This is a great robotic vacuum that has made cleaning our floors so much more convenient. We have a large amount of vinyl flooring, and with kids, this vacuum makes regular cleaning easier. The Lidar mapping function was very accurate. The mobile app makes it easy to run the vacuum, schedule cleaning times, and monitor the cleaning performance of the vacuum. The battery is sufficient to vacuum the whole house, as well as mop the areas that need it on one charge. It is also quiet enough to run while the kids are sleeping and does not wake them up. After cleaning, it then empties itself into a dust collector, allowing for convenient maintenance after many uses. Overall, this is a sturdy, reliable, effective, and convenient product for managing floor cleaning for a household layout.

THEY HAVE LIED ABOUT REPLACING THE DUSTBIN-IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE HERE A MONTH AGO
Love the vaccum, however we are disputing with the company now becuase the Self Emptying Dock does not work at all. It supposed to empty after each clean or after it runs for at least a minute but has not one time. They are responding well and trying to help us resolve this issue. They wanted a video to prove it, which can be tough sometimes considering Support only has an email. But we are in the process of trying to get it done. Other than it is running well. The self mapping feature does ok with mapping, but its definitely off a little. What makes up for that is being able to change things around on the map. Also has a pretty small water tank. But overall once the self emptying dock is fixed, should be a pretty good vacuum, as long as they fix it. UPDATE: THEY SUPPOSEDLY SHIPPED A DUSTBIN, IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE HERE A MONTH AGO. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL. IF THEY EVER MAKE IT RIGHT I WILL UPDATE, BUT AS OF KNOW THEY SAY THEY CANT HELP ITS A MONTH LATE....ITS YOUR PRODUCT, SHIP A WHOLE NEW BOX IF YOU HAVE TO, IT IS YOUR PROBLEM, WE PAID FOR A WHOLE WORKING UNIT.

Good while it lasted
Update: Returning. Here’s what happened: One night my kids unplugged the charging base, I didn’t realize it until the next morning, but that explained why the vacuum couldn’t find the base the night before. Plugged it back in, set it on the charger prongs, it said “Charging.” I thought okay, it’ll recover, no problem. That night I went to run it again, but it started driving all over the house like it didn’t know where to go. Hmmm. So, I physically picked it up and put it back on the charging station prongs, made sure they were touching and connected, then went to reset the network and maps, but it wouldn’t work. It would cut off mid-sentence, almost like it wasn’t charged at all. Hmmm… I went to the manual online, held the power button, nothing, just a slow blink; held the charging button, nothing happened immediately, but it would light up momentarily when it stopped mid-sentence. So, I cleaned it up (bc it had ran the night before but couldn’t find the base) and opted to try again the next morning. Nothing changed. I don’t know what happened, but I don’t have time to argue or spend my energy getting upset about this. Added the new video showing how it cuts off mid sentence. Cautiously optimistic: Think of these gadgets as a maintaining-your-sanity tool. They don’t deep clean, they maintain. We’ve been using this robo vacuum/mop for a couple of weeks now. I’m wondering how this product will hold up over time. We use it about 5/7 days a week. It’s become a bit louder and more buzzy/clicky while vacuuming over the last few days, I don’t know why though. I’ve cleaned it out, adjusted parts, and given it a good look over. A couple days ago it kept getting caught on a low pile rug that it’s never had an issue with. Maybe that’s just part of it adjusting to normal use for both of us. I’ve just changed out the dust bag on the base, it was not totally full, maybe 50%, and probably could’ve been dumped and reused if needed; I just changed it out to a new one and moved on. The filter gets dirty fast, I knock it over the trashcan every other day; I haven’t been notified to change it yet, so I’ll wait to see before changing. The mop pads are easy to change out and wash; don’t forget the ends loop onto the base, not Velcro on like the front. We have six people + low shedding pet, so this brush roller constantly needs to be cleaned. The things that have been sucked up: hair ties! Yarn, pet food, M&Ms, small beads, dirt, and grass. It looks sleek, does a great job vacuuming (particularly hard floors) and mopping is decent. I spritz the floor with a diluted cleaner and then run the mop; do not put cleaner into the water compartment. The app is great and fairly easy to navigate once you work with it a bit. I love that I can schedule when to have it run as well as on the go. I also turned off extra features that might make the battery die faster. Our area to clean is about 1200 sq ft. It can handle that in one cleaning so long as I’m not combining vacuuming and mopping. It’s not as loud as a regular vacuum, you could sit in the room with it and still hear the tv, but you’ll need to up the volume. The dust collection is loud, and is about 5 seconds. As for durability, I’m not sure yet. As often as we need to run it, I worry that it’ll get worn out before the warranty is up. But, if it makes it through the warranty, it will have been worth the money. Hands down, though, my kids do a much better job at picking up their things so they don’t get sucked up! For that alone it’s worth it. I also want to add, before you use it the first time, and maybe once a week after you start using it, run a broom around the edges/corners of each room. This does a great job, truly, but it’s going to need a little help every now and then too. Remember, it’s a tool to maintain your sanity.

Wow! Keeps up with 4 cats!
I have an 1,800 sq. ft home and 4 cats, two of which shed A LOT. My previous floor robots were iOrb and Bobsweep models and those lasted barely a year before experiencing battery and/or suction issues. What I really like about the Monsga; it does the entire house on a single charge (unless I haven’t ran it for a few days and have cat fur tumbleweeds around the house).. It goes back to the base, recharges, then finishes vacuuming without my intervention. The self-emptying feature works great and the wheels do not seem to become congested with fur as easily as the iOrb. The Monsga has a low profile and fits under our recliners - something our previous model was unable to do. The sound level is acceptable and the house mapping feature was spot on. The Monsga does a more thorough job on area rugs than bobsweep models. I no longer have to hand vacuum entrance rugs to get them extra clean. The price was reasonable, imho.

Pretty Convenient
I’ve had it for a little over a month now and it has been pretty convenient! I haven’t learned all its features yet because I have been sick but it has been super helpful keeping the house clean. I used the moping function like twice and didn’t notice a difference so I haven’t used it. But its sweeping capabilities work well on hardwood and carpet. I love the crisp carpet lines it leaves once it’s done. However, it is louder than I would like. I wouldn’t be able to take a nap while it is cleaning, especially when it is done and it connects back to the dock and self cleans. It gets really loud! It catches my daughter off guard every time.

“Set it and forget it”
The Monsga MS1 Max robot vacuum feels like one of those rare “set it and forget it” gadgets that actually delivers on the promise. After spending time with it, what stands out most is how well it balances power, intelligence, and convenience without becoming overly complicated. Right out of the box, setup is refreshingly straightforward. The app pairs quickly, mapping begins almost immediately, and within a single run it builds a surprisingly accurate layout of your home. The navigation system is one of its strongest features, it doesn’t wander aimlessly like older robot vacuums. Instead, it moves in clean, methodical paths, covering spaces efficiently and rarely missing spots. Performance-wise, the suction is impressive. It handles everyday debris like dust, crumbs, and pet hair with ease, but what really elevates it is how well it adapts across surfaces. Transitioning from hardwood to carpet is seamless, and it automatically boosts power when needed. If you have pets, this is a big win—the brush system resists tangling better than most, which saves time on maintenance. Battery life is another highlight. It comfortably handles medium to large spaces in a single charge, and when it does need more power, it resumes cleaning right where it left off. That level of autonomy makes it feel genuinely hands-off. The mopping feature is a nice bonus rather than a replacement for deep cleaning. It’s ideal for light maintenance, keeping floors fresh between more thorough cleans. Paired with the vacuuming function, it adds a layer of polish that many competitors in this range don’t quite achieve. Noise levels are reasonable, especially considering the power. On standard settings, it fades into the background, making it easy to run during the day without disruption. Overall, the Monsga MS1 Max delivers where it matters most: consistent cleaning, smart navigation, and reliable automation. It’s a strong choice for anyone looking to upgrade their cleaning routine with minimal effort and maximum payoff.

Worth it!
Update: my robot stopped charging and would no longer work. The seller was amazing. We were able to figure out what was wrong and a new part was shipped out. I received it 2 days later. Not only am I satisfied with the robot but also the customer service. This vacuum mop is amazing. I’ve purchased cheaper ones in the past and I said it’s time to spend a little more so that I don’t have to keep buying them. This one is worth it while not being too pricey. It maps your home before cleaning. It’s not constantly running into items like the cheaper ones. It cleans very well. And I love the self emptying feature. My only issue is that it never finds the charging station. It will sit right in front of it and alert me that it can’t find the charging station. But even with that, it’s still completely worth the money.

Klare Kaufempfehlung

rubbish
cant believe the reviews for this. load of rubbish in my view. it was returned straight away. mapping was non existant (nothing like the capability of devices that my friends have). it could not find home and would not start per programmed schedule as when it was finished charging it just powered off. I had to press the power button to get it back on (totally defeating the purpose). hoover suction power seemed ok but mop was not good.

Good bit of kit!!
I’m really pleasantly surprised by the quality and functionality of this robot vacuum cleaner with mopping function! It maps out rooms quickly and accurately. I love being able to set no-go and no-mop areas, meaning I can just leave the cleaner to do its job without worrying about it going or mopping areas I don’t want it to. The remote control is a handy feature, but we mostly use the app, which is really user friendly. The suction is good and the spinning arm is great at making sure pet hair and crumbs are sucked up. It seems to be solidly made and goes over carpet and hard floor easily!

Sembrava buono ma mi ha deluso
Sembrava bello, ma dopo poco non funzionava bene. Si perdeva e girava a caso. Deluso

Really impressed, works better than I expected ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I’ve been using the MONSGA MS1 MAX for a few weeks now and it’s made a big difference in how clean my place feels. The suction is very strong and it easily picks up human hair, crumbs and fine dust. The mopping function also does a good job and leaves the floors looking fresh & shiny. My favorite feature is how smart the mapping system is. The robot scans and remembers the layout of my home, and it actually cleans every corner without missing spots. My previous vacuum didn’t have this feature, so it would often wander around randomly and miss whole areas. It was honestly embarrassing to watch it struggle to find its way back to the dock. The MS1 MAX, on the other hand, moves with purpose, finishes cleaning properly and returns to its base like it knows exactly where it’s going. It’s such a big improvement. The self-emptying base is another thing I really like. I don’t have to empty the bin every time, which saves time and effort. The app is easy to use, and I can schedule cleaning or send it to specific rooms whenever I want. It’s also pretty quiet, which makes it great to run while I’m working or relaxing. I think in this price range, there are very few LIDAR mapping feature loaded vaccums. Pros: Strong suction, great for pet hair and dust Smart mapping that covers every area Self-emptying base is super convenient Easy-to-use app and smooth navigation Long battery life and quiet performance Feels sturdy and well built Overall, I’m really happy with it. It’s reliable, efficient, and actually feels like a “smart” helper. Definitely worth the money.
