New 2lb package of rain water formula does not turn water blue as did previous packages. Do I have the wrong formula - mispackaged perhaps? Thx!

We have been buying directly from Greencare for over 20 years and what most don’t know is this fertilizer is still manufactured in small batches and the dye/stain is still added by hand. I’ve had bags arrive where the product looks nearly white, while others looked green, even gray, as well as the occasional deeper than usual blue. We did receive a batch a few months ago where some were sent to our nursery for use in our own plants, and my head grower called me alarmed the water in the stock solution was not as blue as normal. I was a bit alarmed but we kept testing the blend and it was indeed accurate, just appeared to have way less blue dye in it than we were used to. We don’t carry any other product which this could have been confused with so you definitely got what you ordered, but if you have any doubt at all, please feel free to message us and we will take care of you. :)

It says tap water in the front, but says RO special in the back. Is it for tap water or not?

It is suitable for both TAP and RO. I have been using it for over 5 years with TAP with excellent results

Opened bag and found gray clumps of fert throughout the bag. is this mold? should i throw out? help!!

You can use it as is. They’re will be no degradation of the fertilizer. Clumping happens. It is NOT mold!
