EXCELLENT CHOPPED GARLIC; CANNOT BE BEAT
We love this chopped garlic, and you refrigerate it right away after opening but the expiration date on it is around 2 yrs from now. We use garlic in the majority of our dishes, and this garlic smells wonderful and tastes superb. We will only be buying this chopped garlic from now on. PLUS, the product is to the top of the jar when you get it. The jar is completely full of chopped garlic. It's not one of those jars that is 3/4 full for the money. Very happy with this. Glad we found it.

Big time saver
Perfect for many dishes like soups and stews and saves the time of peeling and mincing fresh garlic that is necessary for some dishes like shrimp scampi where fresh garlic is a big part of the flavor profile. This brand rates higher than any other I could find. I bought an 8 oz jar first, and bought the 28 oz jar now.

Not as good as fresh but its for lazy people
Extra grease when cooking but I am lazy to use the garlic press lol. If you like garlic it really lacks the flavor of fresh. Adjust for the added oil when cooking. I need extra flavor so I usually use 3 teaspoons or more.

GREAT GARLIC
USE THIS GARLIC IN EVERYTHING PASTA, CHILI, GUCAMOLE, OLIO, SHIMP SCAMPI, MASHED POTATOES, BROCCOLI, KOREAN DISHES, PF CHICKEN, GARLIC BREAD. USE IT WITH A MASHED GARLIC ALSO.

This bottle is not only huge but the glass is very thick and durable. I forgot my cart when I went to get the groceries and I live in a high rise. I had several bags and accidentally dropped the one bag that had this jar in it not once but twice. I was shocked when I got into my home that there wasn’t even a crack, that is amazing and rare for most products today. Also it lasts over 2 years according to the expiration but with its great taste I can’t imagine it lasting that long in my house.
