Stott Pilates Essential Cadillac Manual-2nd Edition

I liked the fact that this book went into a written description as well as offered images and modification suggestions if you aren't able.to compelte the full excersize They have a few other books and so far all have been great additions to my.pilates workouts.

This book is so well organized, so clear and concise that I couldn't be happier. I didn't have a clear understanding of what the potential of the Pilates Cadillac is so I purchased this book and took it to my next trip to a studio with a Cadillac available for me to peruse. I felt like my time there was so well spent and I have become sold on the Cadillac.

Another great STOTT manual at a much more reasonable price!

At this price advertised ($553.96) this is crazy, its a great book but someone has messed up the price, change the price it should be about 55.00 even at stott themselves they sell them at 150 or so but this is supposed to be a good price
