Received my vitamins. For the price and what you get they are good value from a trusted make. I don’t know if it’s just me or my urine is very yellow since I have been taking them. Possibly due to the colouring the pills have. Also due to the fact you have to take with food I am taking them with my evening meal and when I go to bed sometimes I feel sick. This might pass as it’s less than a week since I started taking them.

These are great vitamins. I take the female version and I ordered the mens for my flatmate, who was quite impressed. We were both on very low cal diets when we started taking them and we both lost loads of weight over 6 months without suffering any ill effects. Both at a healthy BMI now and we do still take them. I really do feel the difference and I think the weight loss would have been harder on our bodies without them. Even now, I always feel better when taking them, I haven't gotten ill all year and I think these have something to do with it! On a side note, I did loads, loads of research before picking a brand for the dieting, and these all around just have way more nutrients than anything else I could find. The men's don't have iron, which I think was the main difference between male and female versions. Both are packed with the good stuff though!

Great multi-vitamin, I am feeling much more energetic, One major difference i noticed, i used to struggle to get out of bed in the morning, But now as soon as i wakeup, I am able to get out of bed, and i am more productive during the day. I do not need coffee any more, I am taking 3 pills a day after food, great results, Highly recommended.

Great product but the packaging sucks. takes up more space than it should. the bottle is not even half full. I sent everything to a much smaller one.

Worth the money

This was purchased as a simple solution to a problem I was having, missing vitamins from my daily diet. I am currently on a very strict meal plan and because of this find it hard to make sure I hit 100% on my daily recommended values of all vitamins when I'm eating, I purchased this product to help me fill in the gaps to make sure my body is getting everything of what it needs and so that I can perform at my peak when I'm hitting the gym for some heavy workouts. My dietitian has confirmed that with this product I'm now hitting 100% or more on all of my nutritional values and my macros are going perfectly well from my diet plan.

Best multi vitamin there is, hands down. O use it everyday. Has everything you need for expensive urine lol. But has lots of vitamins you won't get anywhere else for skin, hair, immune system, health in general and of course any kind of physical sport. I suggest splitting the dose, 1 morning 1 afternoon/evening 1 before bed. 10/10 product and will be ordering again soon.

This rating isn't regarding the quality of the product as I have just received these today and I'm yet to test them for a period of time to dee if they work. However when I placed the order I did so in thinking the ingredients in the picture would be the same in the bottle I ordered as any normal persin would think without giving it a thought. Howeved the product I received was underdosed and had a fare few ingredients missing. Maybe it's an underdose inferior UK version or maybe a new verion all together? Nonetheless I'll make sure I'll do extra research next time. It's not always all about money, rather the principle. Most likely won't buy these again, and I'm going to research why the ingredients are different on mine to the ingredients in the picture. I have now used this product for over 2 weeks by taking 3 tablets a day for about 90% of the time. This Multivitamin is decent and I did notice an increase in energy. I can't really comment on the sleeping benefits as I didn't really feel any different in that regard. However I must say, you have to be living a decently health'ish life style for these tablets to take maximum affect. So it's by no means a miracle product. I might have given Optimen 4 stars if it wasn't for the misrepresented pictures which are a reflection of another version of this product. All in all I might buy these again, but not right away as I'm inclined to research and try other products out there in the same market to compare and contrast the pros and cons.

He swears by them. This is the best deal you will find on these vitamins. You get a large amount for a little amount of money here on Amazon vs a local store. The vitamins are large and they will give you nuclear yellow pee but he says that's how you know it's working lol. These are high quality vitamins and like I said, you can't beat the value you're getting on Amazon.
