Quinine, a good remedy for leg cramps
When I feel a Charlie horse cramp coming on. I take one of the capsules with a lot of water. I’ve noticed the muscles relax as I’m able to walk or rest without it getting out of control, in a short time! It works for me !!!

Beware
It says 1000mg. What it doesn't say is that each capsule is only 500mg. So you really are getting half the number of capsules you think you're getting. You be better off buying the 500mg capsules as that's cheaper. To me this feels dishonest.
