Easy to install the fan on car headrest. The fan can turn 360 and is very powerful. This fan definitely cools the back seat passenger in a hot summer. The wire is very long also so there is no issue connecting to the power supply. The fan is controlled by a scroll wheel which can increase and decrease the power. Overall will recommend to anyone.

We take a lot of trips to the desert with our three pups and when we first get in the car to come home we have three very hot pups. Today we installed this fan (we got the one that plugs into the cigarette lighter) and wow, it is just perfect. The pups absolutely love the air blowing directly on them from the fan in addition to the air conditioner vent. One of the pups has car sickness every time we go somewhere and drools excessively but today with the fan blowing on her she was just fine. All three dogs slept for the 1 1/2 hour drive and were quite comfortable. I like how easy the fan was to connect to the headrest, how adjustable the fans are, good air movement and very quiet (especially compared to the air conditioning vents). I felt the cost was reasonable and would purchase again.

The positive: The fans truly do rotate 360 degrees so you can easily adjust them. Having two fans versus one is a plus as it will give more airflow and you can adjust each fan individually. It has various speeds and was impressed how much air flow you would get at the lowest setting. This store sells two versions of the fan one with a controller and one with a speed adjustment near the base. I recommend you purchase the one with the controller as you can easily make adjustments to the flow without having to reach across your vehicle to adjust it at the base. I initially wondered if I would see benefit with this fan versus using a baby fan you can put on a stroller. Yes there is a big difference, this fan actually has a great airflow and it can be connected to your vehicle so don’t have to worry about running out of battery. The not so great: The fan makes a very annoying sound as you can hear in the video. This is at the lowest setting so if you increase the speed the noise gets louder. My kids didn’t seem to mind it but the noise is there. It will be one of those compromises between being hot or hearing this annoying sound. The fan comes with a long connection cord. Beware of how you place this and make sure you don’t leave it where your children can grab it. If too loose it can be a hazard for a baby or a toddler. I suggest you try to run it underneath your seats to prevent any hazards.

Works exceptionally well

These fans are definitely worth it if you’re looking for a fan for your car I had bought another one and the strength was not good but this van is a very strong on its highest level which is really good if you really need to get your children cool down in the backseat quick or for whatever reason you’re using the hand for I definitely recommend. It was very easy to put together very easy to set up in the car not a big hassle at all. If you’re using this for a child your baby may or may not like it on full strength mine did not like it on full strength it was too strong in your faith that’s how good the fans are they are kind of noisy but if you have your radio on you kind of tune it out it’s not like really noisy like super super loud I just have kind of like a little buzz going on.

Effective, and strong, with nice control for speed, but a little bit noisy.

I have a dog guard in the boot of my Kia Niro, and the airflow back there isn't great. Combined with being right by the rear window, my poor dog easily gets too hot. While the dog guard manufacturer offers an official battery-powered fan, it costs twice as much as this XOOL fan and can't be plugged in for continuous use. These fans are a brilliant alternative. The mount, which is normally meant for a headrest, fits onto the dog guard bars. It is not a flawless match out of the box, but with a bit of creativity, it should fit almost any guard. In my case, the thicker bottom bar was the perfect width to hold the assembly securely. Even going over speed bumps and a massive pothole didn't shake it loose. The dual fans rotate both horizontally and vertically, making it easy to dial in the perfect angle. At max speed, the airflow is more than adequate for a dog. It is not so intense that it blows them away, but there is plenty of air moving to keep them comfortable. They are remarkably well-balanced. I was worried they would vibrate against the metal guard and cause a racket, but they run smoothly. They aren't completely silent, but the noise level is very reasonable. The build quality feels decent overall, and it even comes with a spare fuse and some handy cable tidying clips. One thing to note: The power cable is not long enough to reach from a front 12V socket all the way to the boot of a Kia Niro. Luckily, I already had a 12V extension socket running to the rear seats, which solved the problem. If you plan to mount this in the very back of a car, just be sure to pick up a 12V extension cable! Highly recommended for pet owners.

Love this and so does my dog! Bought this for long drives when my dog sits in the rear seat. He tends to get anxious and pants and heats up in excitement and this was a great solution to keep him cool. He loves feeling the air on him and so quiets down. It has a low him which doesn’t bother me even being at the back of my headrest faxing the rear seat. Easy to install and the fans pivot nicely! The cord is super long and reaches my lighter outlet with tons to spare. Like that you can adjust airflow! Great buy and would certainly recommend!
