A Great Adjunct to Physical Therapy
My wife purchased this pilates ball to help with therapeutic exercises. It is soft, nonlatex and therefore allergy free, and does not get dirty. It is easy to use and helps strengthen targeted muscles. It comes with a straw so you can inflate it easily as well.

Also good for PT routines
My wife used the ball for her PT routine after a knee replacement surgery. It works well in her routine which has helped in her recovery.

Great Quality
It’s clearly durable and at a fair price. It’s very easy to inflate but putting in without letting air escape was a different story! I finally got the air in and starting using it. I would recommend it based on the quality and price.

Works Great for Physical Therapy
I use mine more for Physical Therapy than Pilates but it's great for stability exercises. The texture is a little weird/sticky but I think it will wear off eventually. Either way... it's a great size and fun color and reasonably priced.

Great for shoulder therapy!
Saw a video on IG of someone standing next to the wall - arms length - and spelling out the alphabet with the ball pressed against the wall to help with dislocated shoulder therapy. I tried it and it works! I’ve dislocated my shoulder 3 times so it’s always been sore and now I’m able to lay on my left side again and it’s helped with my shoulder mobility!
