Good probiotic for digestive issues, take with Colostrum or Dairy for best results
Excellent probiotic. Here is what I found on it online: Infant Gut Health: B. infantis dominates the healthy infant gut, breaking down HMOs in breast milk to produce essential nutrients, which strengthens the gut barrier and lowers gut pH, preventing the growth of pathogens. Reduced Inflammation: It helps modulate the immune system, reducing inflammation in infants and, when used in specific strains (like 35624), can reduce inflammation in adults with ulcerative colitis or psoriasis. Digestive Support: It is used to manage symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), such as abdominal pain, gas, and bloating. Decreased Pathogens: It helps reduce the presence of antibiotic-resistant genes in the gut. B. infantis has become less common in the gut of infants in industrialized nations, which is linked to an increase in allergies and autoimmune diseases, making supplementation important. I wonder if infant colic is related to lack of this probiotic in babies? Since I had surgery that is healing, and did many rounds of antibiotics, I thought I would restore all my gut bacteria. This is one of many I intend to put back in my gut. Why not? I am always experimenting. Note, since this is delivered to infant in breast milk, be sure to take it with milk or colostrum.

Glad to have these if I need them
I actually haven’t tried this product yet- I’ve been having some gastrointestinal problems & trying to settle them down on my own but glad to have these pills as a backup.

Good as a suppliment for histamine intolerance
Used to manage histamine intolerance, and along with a low histamine diet, I have found I am more capable of eating different foods with less noticeable reactions.
