Are they OK for picking up small / little stuff. Like working on cars and pickup up small nuts, bolts and screws?

I purchased these for a college student to do weeding in my yard. I asked him how they felt ex. Were the hot sweaty etc.? he said no. I washed them and hung up to dry. I would say any glove would be difficult to pick up screws and nuts unless they are latex. These are more work gloves. Not thick, but certainly not thin that you could pick up a coin.

Do these work on touchscreens?

They work on my phone, so I assume they would work on other touchscreens just as well.

Can i use these gloves for dishwashing

The fabric part of these gloves are not designed for use with water so we would not recommend for dishwashing.
