Work well!
I have had the ToePals for a week and I can already tell they are helping! I have fairly bad bunions and hammer toes on both feet. I used them for about an hour the first day while watching TV and increased from there. I had some mild foot cramps the first two nights, but none after that. I did wear them longer than recommended, so that was my fault, but it wasn't painful. I now wear them a couple times a day and walk barefoot in them. I can feel the muscles and joints in my feet loosening up and moving much better. I am getting more separation between my toes and better motion and flexibility in my feet. I am surprised by how quickly I am seeing results given I have had bunions for over 40 years. I do yoga pretty much daily. When the instructor would say to feel all four corners of your feet I would laugh because my feet don't have corners, they are one big block. I have done many foot stretches, which mostly were painful and didn't help very much. The ToePals are working where stretches did not. I am now starting to feel, and more importantly use, the flexibility of my feet to enhance my positioning and balance. It will take some time to explore how that effects my posture and balance overall, but I can already see it will be a big improvement.

Good for people new to stretching toes but I need more
In the pictures I am comparing the size of the toe stretched to yoga toes and a generic cheap toe stretcher. I have plantar fascial tear that caused Baxters neuropathy I've been treating for over a year now and toe stretching has been one of my biggest sources of relief. Compared to yoga toes which is my most aggressive toe stretcher still the first two toes are about the same size but the last three toes are smaller. Pro compared to yoga toes is you can walk in Dr jk and it doesn't snag when your laying in bed. Neither can be worn in shoes. Compared to generic cheap toe stretcher they two overall are approximately the same size but that's because the cheap toe stretcher consistently used the same size spacer throughout while Dr jk put all their toe stretching in the first two toes and there's next to no significant stretch with the last three toes. Pros of Dr jk is that they're easier to wear in bed with less rolling compared to the cheap ones. The pro of the cheap one is that it can be worn comfortably in shoes due to having less overall bulk. Overall if this was a year ago and I was just starting my toe stretching journey THIS would have been SO helpful, back then my pink and ring toe pain was intense. But now adays it's just not enough and it staying out better in bed then either of the other two stretchers isn't enough for me to feel as though I'm getting an benefit.

BEST ONE SO FAR!!
I have a semi-severe bunion on my right big toe that causes me a lot of pain if I walk too much. Over the years I've tried a lot of things--custom insoles, strengthening my feet, yoga, I always wear good shoes, etc. but the bunion is always there, always causing me pain. This toe separator is the only thing that has given me relief. I wear it at night and sometimes even to go on walks. I ended up cutting off the 3-5 toes on it and just using the big toe separator and the one beside it. The only down side I've noticed is that it collects bacteria fast and you need to wash it with soap after every use. My toes will feel insanely itchy if I don't do this and that just means the few fungi cells from my foots are living and breeding on this thing and when I put it back on it is giving me more fungi. All is resolved by washing it and my feet regularly.

Not for bigger feet
Best for smaller feet. I wear a women’s 11 and they were too tight on my toes. They would probably work for smaller feet.

AHHHHHHHHHH, soothing!
I don't (yet?) Have bunions but I have a very low arch, wear heels often, wear crappy, cheap flats (for commuting!) often and my feet suffer. I have been wearing these toe separators at night - so far a few times a week- and the difference the following morning is noticeable! Less pain! Maybe I'm not supposed to be sleeping in them but its working for me and I have significant relief, so I will continue using them. I also walk around my home in them and use them to paint my toenails. Maybe these bad boys will correct what is causing my foot joint pain and keep the unsightly bunion from forming.

Love these
I will admit that there is a brief(1week or so) period of discomfort and tenderness around your toes but I found that if you keep them dry with body or talcum powder that they work great. Also make sure that you are wiggling your toes frequently. These really helped me to strengthen my toe muscles while doing calf raises. I wear them in my shoes w/out socks or with socks that have the tips cut off so my feet can move properly. These help tremendously after my Liz Franc surgery. I had 5 bones fused at the ankle joint and this has helped me recover a lot of dexterity in my feet that I had lost during the healing process. I hope this helps

Good idea, but too small for me
This was a really neat idea because I have a corn between my big toe and second toe on each foot. It feels comfortable for like 2 minutes and then it feels like its squeezing my foot and my toes really hurt. Because it is so tight on my toes when i try to walk the piece between my big toe and second toe pushes itself up which painfully rubs my corn. Sadly I can not use this. It might work for someone with smaller feet because my feet are wide.

Best toe separators I’ve found for the money!
So far so good with these toe separators! I don’t have a lot to compare them to except for a pair of “Happy Feet Socks” and a box of toe separators by “Bodhi Feet” (these only come with separators for your big toe and the toe next to the big toe), and I will say that these are the best of the products listed above. I definitely agree with the reviews that mention the fact that this product really does nothing for separating the last 2 toes on your feet, there isn’t much rubber to place between those toes (see photos). My hope in trying all of these products is to straighten out the toe next to my big toe on my right foot (which was broken last December, long story), so this product is great for me in that regard. I was told that there’s nothing that can be done to “fix” my toe when it broke & that I should just tape it to the next toe & it would heal on its own. Well, it’s become clear that that’s not the case. My broken toe is still misshaped, larger than normal and painful if I walk for too long-especially in flip flops...so I’m hoping that over time these help! They are comfortable, relatively speaking, and don’t drive me crazy the way the Happy Feet Socks do. I can put on wider toe’d shoes while wearing these and walk around as normal without being annoyed. ***IMPORTANT-when I first got these I was a bit confused about how to wear them based on the photos provided. The CORRECT way to wear them is with the little tab that’s at the bottom of the big toe loop facing downward, on the underside of your foot (see photo of underside of big toe for reference). I hope that helps as some of the photos can be confusing.

Feels good in a wierd way
These are great, very comfortable and easy to put on. They're perfectly shaped for between your toes so I feel like I'm giving them the toe love they deserve. You also get a coupon for a free pair, so that's a nice surprise, thank you.

Some tooes have huge spacers, other toes had very little.
Dr JK Toe Pals (blue) Day 1 review: I researched so many within Amazon, and actually had forgotten which ones I ordered. I wish I had ordered the ones that have two pair: one where holes go over the toes, and the second type has spacers *between* the toes only. I have large feet (US women’s 10, equivalent of a men’s eight). However, my toes are not particularly chubby… I actually consider them fairly slender. So I’m surprised that they feel very snug on my toes… I’m hoping that they will stretch some with use The thing that annoys me the most is that between the first second and third toe, the spaces are huge, but then almost nonexistent between the third/ fourth and 4th/5th toes. I’m not sure why they didn’t just finish the fifth toe with a ring, rather than just two loose ends kind of dangling there. They could’ve just removed those all together quite frankly. In order to get better spacing between toes 3-4 and 4-5, I had to jiggle the spacers around a little bit. I’m not sure if the way that I have them is how they are supposed to sit, but I’m hoping they will work for me. Because of the much smaller space created between those toes as described, I think I will have to consider this pair a “starter pack“. One good thing might be for people who are buying them for bunions: the spacer between the first and second toe are very wide and definitely move the big toe over. When I was reading a lot of reviews (which included many other brands/sellers), a lot of people commented on different/similar styles that the devices were actually pulling the big toe inward which defeated the purpose. I don’t have a problem with bunions, but by looking at my foot it looks like my big toe is shifted outward a bit. I like the rounded design underneath which would make it more comfortable for walking barefoot. It’s conceivable if you had oversize sandals with an adjustable strap across the toes, that you could wear these with open sandals. So, they’re not quite what I was hoping for, they’re doable for now. Leaning toward recommending, as opposed to not.

Stopped my toe blisters almost immediately
Got these because my toes are squished together which makes it painful to go on hikes or runs. Had this issue for many years but these gel separators make life a lot easier. My toes no longer rub together so I can avoid blisters. I only need separation between my big toe and the one next to it so I cut the other sections off since I wouldnt need them. I tried walking around with all attached but it was kinda painful. I guess my toes aren't so bad that I need them all separated but I knew that going in. I would have taken a pic of my toes but... You know, they're kinda messed up. I used to get blisters on the "knuckle" nearest to the nail on my second toe as it rubbed against my big toe but not anymore!

Not very comfortable
This product seems well made, but I found the plastic to be thick and uncomfortable between my toes. I tried wearing them for a few minutes at a time, and increasing the time worn slowly, but no, just couldn’t do it. Not flexible enough for me!

Fun novelty
Fun novelty at a good price. I don't know how beneficial they really are but it feels relaxing to have your toes stretched apart. The space between the big toe and the second toe is maybe a bit too wide however. And it's tricky to get it properly installed on your foot because it's a very soft silicone. But worth trying it out.
