Works well at a great price

I like this product. I work nights shift. It helps me to fall and stay asleep. I will only take it on the days I work. I only work 14 days a month. I was taking OTC benadryl 25 mg and Ashwagandha to help me sleep for awhile now. I truly believe my body tolerance levels decreases when taking a low dose of Benadryl. Taking OTC benadryl long-term may cause other health issues. I don't want anything extras. Check with your health care provider when taking on new OTC medications that may or may not cause issues with your current medications or medical problems.
