Overall, a very high quality insulated travel mug. No leaks, keeps cold drinks cold and hot drinks hot - as it should. The 360 lid is an added bonus, allows for quick drinking without too much thinking. The *only* gripe I have with this product, and it is unfortunately losing a star for this, is that there is always a bit of residual liquid sitting in the lid when you are finished drinking which has lead to some minor drips and spills.

This Moon 360° Travel Mug (380ml) is a daily essential now. Super sturdy, premium feel, great value for money. What sets it apart? That 360° lid. No need to hunt for the hole — you can sip from anywhere. Makes it perfect for driving, multitasking… or just life in general. You know what I mean. Keeps drinks hot for about 4 hours, which is ideal. I never understood the point of 12-hour heat anyway — I like my coffee, not a thermal experiment. Easy to clean, fits nicely in the car holder, and just works. Highly recommend.

I owe this review to my iPad as I spilt tea all over it the 1st time I used this travel mug. I bought this travel mug because of the easy to clean lid - this point is satisfactory so far. It does keep the coffee/tea hot for several hours. However there are two fundamental issues (hence took 2 stars off): 1) The click to open/close has no clear indicator. It is difficult to tell the difference as it's very small. 2) The round edge base added instability to the mug and made it easy to tilt. Today I came out of the car holding this mug and tried to pick up something from the ground. Tea went everywhere again as I thought the lid was closed when it was not. I think a lot of thought has been put into the design, it is a shame that it is not as practical as one expected. I will continue to see if I can get use to this mug as I am yet to find THE perfect travel mug. May 2025 Update: Seller offered full refund so great customer service. I really hope they can solve these issues in their next innovative design.

This is a very nice insulated mug which looks good, keeps drinks warm for hours, and is easy to clean. There are three reasons for not giving 5 stars: 1) it is difficult on a glance to see if it is open or closed (a colour indicator would be good); 2) You cannot put in a bag and assume it won't leak, since the closed position cannot be locked, and other items could accidentally press on it to open it - a mechanical lock built into the lid (like a ribbed tab) could solve this; 3) the rounded bottom means that it easily topples over. For all these reasons, I have experienced leaks. Otherwise it is great!

Il est difficile de voir si le couvercle est ouvert ou fermé (ils se ressemblent beaucoup). La version plus petite de 450 ml est équipée d'un meilleur couvercle, je vais donc la remplacer par le modèle moins cher.
