What are the actual dimensions (as 1x2x3 is not correct)?

It measures 23" high to top of sound box on top of mat (25" on hanger) & 16 1/2" wide, the sound box at the top is about 7/8" thick and the mat itself is thin. There's so much to do on it. My granddaughter loves it!

Is this a English speaking tool?

It’s could help with speaking in English. My daughter is 4 and loved playing with this toy. It does a lot of different things. Has songs, games, as well as the abc’s.
