Couronne Company Square Glass Jar with Cork, 6154G06-C, 8.5 Ounce, Red, 1 Piece

This is a very cool jar that could be used for almost anything. The glass is well blown and has the same maker's mark on the bottom that a lot of the glass on Amazon has. I like the fact it is made of recycled glass too. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another.

The jar looks nice, but the top is not a cork and the glass is just tinted blue. The top is wooden with a plastic gasket. I'm not sure if it is as air tight as I wanted for storing spices, but it's fine for now. The glass is not actually blue glass, but it is painted somehow; the bottom is less painted than the rest, so it is pretty obvious that it isn't high quality blue glass. I guess I will just have to hope that it's safe for storing my peppercorns.

The brown is some type of coating; like it was painted as opposed to blending color into the glass before forming & cooling.

i ordered 10, the box was packed as if they bottles were the packing peanuts them selfs. 4 were completely shattered through out inside the box.

Very excited about these jars, planning doing a sugar scrub gift set for mothers day! only issue is they are closer to 2.75" wide at the base vs 3.25" as the description states.

What's to say? It's an orange jar with a cork in it. Bottom line is that I'm happy with it. Thanks!

Nice little jar, perfect for my needs. I have transferred all my bathroom countertop items such as Q-tips and cotton balls into glass jars, and this one is perfect for cotton balls.

For some reason those overlarge images made me think the jar was way bigger than it really was. Was hoping for something bigger for the price.

Disappointed in these jars. They look cute enough, so if that's all you want, good for you. However, I was anticipating that they would actually be made of amber glass...not clear glass that has been painted (?) somewhat badly and and not on the bottom at all.
