This electric scooter really exceeded my expectations. It has plenty of power, smooth acceleration, and handles hills with ease. The battery life is solid and more than enough for daily commuting or short trips around town. What I’m most satisfied with is the overall build quality — it feels sturdy and stable while riding, without any loose or cheap feeling parts. It’s also easy to fold and convenient to store or put in the trunk. Overall, the value for the price is excellent. After using it for a while, I definitely feel it was worth the purchase, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable short-distance transportation option.

The build quality feels solid and sturdy, and it reaches the advertised speed without any issues. It’s quick enough for commuting but still feels safe and stable. The battery life is impressive — I can ride over 20 miles on a single charge, which is perfect for daily errands or short commutes. Charging is simple and doesn’t take too long. One of my favorite features is how easy it is to fold. It’s lightweight enough to carry and fits nicely in the trunk of a car or in a small storage space. That makes it very convenient for travel. It’s also very user-friendly. My teen can ride it comfortably, and I feel confident about its performance and safety. Overall, I believe this scooter is absolutely worth the price. I would highly recommend it to both adults and teens looking for a reliable and fun way to get around.

I don’t know how long of a review I can write so I will try to shorten this as much as possible. I know the price of this is enticing compared to other scooters out there, but do yourself a favor pay more money and get one that’s not a piece of junk. I bought this in October 2025 and my son opened it on Christmas Day 2025. Worked good for about eight weeks and then the end of February. It started showing a wrench on the screen. I googled it at first thought we could maybe fix it, but then realized we could not. I reached out to the seller on March fifth 2026, asking them about this issue. The communication is sometimes a day or so apart they always respond to me at like two or three in the morning. They’re obviously on a different time zone so I don’t get their messages until the next day most times. On March 5, 2026 they responded saying that it was the motor. They didn’t give me any reason as to why the motor would already not be working, but said that I needed a new one and that they could ship me one, but I would have to install it. I was not comfortable with doing that but he was telling me at that point that was my only option. I said OK fine send me the motor. on March 12, 2026. I messaged him back, asking him where the motor was because I had not received the tracking number he said he would send to me when the scooter motor was shipped.They replied with the motor being out of stock and I believe that was on March 14, 2026 and they had no idea when the motor was going to be In stock. They could not give me any estimation on when that motor would be available which I thought was unreasonable because if it’s five months from that point when you’re going to have a motor that’s unreasonable I contacted Amazon and they exhausted all they could do which was reaching out to the seller as well because it’s a third-party company. It wasn’t sold by Amazon. Amazon suggested I just ask for a refund since there was no estimation on when the motor would be available so I did that on around March 20 20th or maybe 26th. I can’t quite remember, but the seller replied saying that the warranty time had passed on a refund so at this point, I have no scooter. They have my money and my son rode the scooter for eight weeks. The seller suggest I send them the scooter and let them put the motor on because it’ll be quicker because they’ll have the motor at their warehouse. He tells me it will take 15 days at that point I have to send the scooter. I’m still in communication with them because I don’t want them to think that they can just keep this scooter and get it ready whenever they want so they keep telling me they’re going to get with the warehouse and get the scooter done because at this point we are getting to the 15 days. After reaching out again, he finally says the scooter is being shipped. I received the scooter back today. It is working right now, but I would be seriously shocked if it is still working two months from now. I bought another scooter at the same time. I bought that one from a different seller for my younger son and that scooter has not had one issue so buyer be aware do not buy from the seller. You may not even want to buy this brand but either way the seller was unreasonable in many ways not great with communication and it could be all volpam scooters are just crap. It definitely makes me hesitant to buy from any third-party seller on Amazon.

The scooter is easy to assemble. It has different speed modes and comes with long-lasting battery. It is strong and sturdy which helps to support the weight of kids over 12 years old or adult. It is foldable and easy to carry around. The max range after a full charge was 11.5 miles which is very close to the advertised one. The max speed is 19 mph which is pretty fast for a scooter. The ride is smooth even on hills or speed bumps due to a strong performance tires. The look and design are okay, but the quality is above average. I sometimes use it to run errands locally without worrying parking in the city. The weight of it is light so it can fit in the shopping cart during my grocery run.

Pretty good scooter! Goes really fast and overall really fun! I had an issue with the first one I purchased and I texted back-and-forth with the brand and they happily sent me a new one for free. I wish it had suspension and the brand says that it can last 15 miles without needing to charge but you will definitely have to charge before hitting 15 miles. Overall, I recommend this scooter.

I bought this scooter for my husband. He can use it when he go fishing. My husband loves it after the first time use. He told me that the scooter was easy to setup. It has a last long battery. The lightweight and foldable design is easy for him to store it inside our garage. Even our kids love this scooter. They ask to bring the scooter each time when we go to the park. The kids love to play the scooter with their dad at the park. I am so happy that I bought this scooter!

I ordered two of these scooters for my kids for Christmas. Because we live in northern Iowa, they didn't get many chances to ride until spring. One of the scooters is fine, but the other one won't hold the screws for the handle bars, it turns out the holes are stripped so the screws kept vibrating out. Unfortunately, I am outside the window for a return or replacement but I did message the seller about maybe sending some replacement screws so that we could maybe use an epoxy to permanently hold them in place. They got back to me right away and said they would send some out and it took a little while but I just received the package today. Not only did they send replacement screws but they sent a replacement for the rod that holds the handle bars (so no more stripped screw holes!) I feel bad because this morning, I left a review with a 2 star rating, thinking they had just said the would send replacements but didn't. Then low and behold like magic, here the ups man came. So grateful to this company and I am so sorry for my lack of patience!

Good scooter for kids. Solid built. Battery is too weak and does not get the range nor the speed the description claims - even with an 80lbs 9y old!!! For 180-200lbs adults this is significantly slower than promised but I expected that. It’s an ok scooter for the price and if you don’t expect battery performance (duration and speed) to live up to data sheet promises.
