I am very pleased with this bodycam. I needed a bodycam that would do good at night in low light. The camera does a wonderful job. The sound quality is very good also. I am very pleased with the results. The only issue I am having is trying to get the software they sent to work. I still got my pictures and video off the camera using the USB cable hooked up to the computer. I am not really worried about the software not working for me as long as I can get my pictures. Overall, good price and very pleased with quality of camera.

Upon receiving the package, I was introduced with a dark black sleek box case with a very presentable weight knowing I was receiving a very high quality body camera. Once I opened the box case, I see all the devices come with protected with their own pouch and stuffed right into place by a dark foam that holds all the tools together in the box snuggly. The box comes inside with the charging mount, the charging cables, the body camera, the clip, and the booklet. Upon reading the booklet it says that I have a 360 clip, however the actual clip is not 360, it is just a straight clip. After reading the entire booklet, which was user friendly in informing you how to use and navigate with the body camera, I proceeded to maneuver the body camera and test drive the device. The body camera was at a reasonable weight for the technology it packs inside, the feel and texture of the body camera is excellent. You can't ask for a better feel of the products durability and strength the device can withstand for the wear and tear it will face during the use at work. A very solid enclosed protection it offers and the design is of the button locations is just right. The body camera responds very quickly to any command you initiate when pressing any of the buttons. The small window frame behind the body camera is flawless with impeccable sound the body camera offers when replaying any video or sound capture you recorded. This body camera is just everything you would ask for in carrying around when working in the law enforcement / security profession. Awesome imaging capturing and sound capturing when the device is recording, and the when you replay any files. This device gets the job done for the purpose you are purchasing it. Anyone would be satisfied with the performance of this body camera. The price is reasonable and well worth the investment of a body camera. BUT....... The only thing that unfortunately, made me a bit disappointed was that the product did not bring a magnetic mount, which it would seem very common sense that it is required. The clip is just a basic tool that attaches to the body camera and can ideally only be placed in the belt area. Due to the weight of the body camera, you cannot really place the clip onto the middle of your uniform because the body camera will tilt down and cause a hanging fruit display in the front of your chest area of the shirt. Unless, you are wearing a duty vest that has some straps to be able to place your clip on so it perfectly can be supported, then the clip is just not going to work helping you maximize the use of the body camera. This product should have come with a magnetic mount so anyone receiving the body camera can be rest assured that they can be ready to display and securely fit onto their clothing the body camera with no hesitations. However, that is not the case. As a consumer it will be one more obstacle that stands in the way to be able to perform with the use of the body camera. The clip just does not get the job done 100% to be able to go out into the field and place the body camera in the middle of your uniform / clothing. If you result to placing it on your belt then it may not securely fit and you lose the angle view / height level view of the camera pointing below the chest area, instead of the middle area. I give this product overall four stars. If the company decides to voluntarily send me some magnetic mount cases, I will do an updated review, explain the how the body camera functions with the magnetic mound and possibly might increase one more star if I see a full satisfaction.

As a security guard on a busy property, I value the use of a body cam because it's a major deterrent for anyone who would want to be violent with me. As soon as they see the body cam, they turn the other way. It's great for proving the camera doesn't lie when you're having a conversation with a complaining guest. He said, she said is out the window when you have audio and video proof. I love how the pro version of the camera allows you to delete videos on the spot, without having to hook it up to your computer, which can be a pain. The video quality is good, but depending on what video recording quality you have it on, and depending on how long you record for, it can drain your battery quickly. That's why I keep it on 720P. When you hold in record, the vibration on the pro is a lot less strong than it is on the non pro version, which is a problem, because sometimes I can't tell if started or stopped recording unless I look down at the light. If it's green, it's not recording, and if it's red, it is recording. The light seems less bright on the pro version as well. Compared to the regular version, the only "pro" to the pro is that you can delete the videos on the camera itself, but that's the only advantage. The con is trying to get the videos transferred to the computer. I have contacted support for this, weeks ago. They replied once, but not again since my reply to them, and the problem is still there. If I need these videos on my computer, I need to be able to transfer them. The camera gives me an error and the videos do not play, because it shows 0 as the file size. I'm not happy that this has not been resolved, so I may be looking into getting another camera from another company.

We got the used one that said it had just been opened and returned. Instead all we got was the camera, no base, no charger, just the camera. It also was full of other recordings that we had to delete. It is a tad sketch that you have to go to a YouTube link and a Google doc to be able to upload video off of it. It does work pretty well for the intended purpose. It does not do well in any sort of bright light though. If the sun is in the cameras view the entire image is just white. Much cheaper than the pro ones though. I’d say this is best if you just need some occasional body cam like at a rally, but not something I’d put my career on.

The camera to sent me had in incorrect clip that would not fit. Pictures were reguested which seemed to me to be a dodge According to AI this happens often (sending a wong clip making the camera unusable). I had to buy a work-around
