Noticeable Difference in Cravings and Energy!
I was honestly skeptical at first, but after about a week of taking UMZU GLP-1, I started to notice a real change in my appetite and energy. You might never poop again or you may never stop pooping.
This supplement is going to affect everyone differently so this is just my experience. It hurt my stomach so badly there was a day I felt like I was stabbed in the stomach. Moreover it made me constipated. and not just "o no I missed my poop today"....It was a week! And I was taking probiotics AND mirilax and it is just not happening!!! This stuff was waaaaay too much money to give me such issues. Blugh. Never again for me. Update: at the time I wrote the above I still hadn’t pooped. When I finally FINALLY pooped it was freaking awful. This stuff screwed up my tummy so badly—WORSE than pregnancy iykyk. To be honest there’s cheaper more affective stuff out there. But really I think I’m going to stick to probiotics and fiber supplements and working out more, whether that be just walking or moving in some way.
