Good for what is needed but can make it more comfortable to use
The part that you use to hold on with your legs is hard so can be painful. But will keep trying as good to use.

Good little piece of equipment
I have used this a dozen times now and I definitely feel it on my legs and buttocks. I only use it for the inner thighs, I know there are other exercises but I really just got it for this one reason. I like I can sit and do these exercises at any time, mostly when I’m working.

Ok for the price
Convenient but the parts dig into your skin rubber is not soft and if your not wearing thick pants and are light skin it will leave bruises

Small change can make a big difference
This came on time and it works! I've only had it a few days and again, IT WORKS! There are other versions of this type that have other features (counters and adjustable tension) but they cost more. This is more affordable. Easy enough to incorporate into my daily activities and workout schedule. 10 to 20 reps / multiple times throughout the day adds up. Seems sturdy . Easily stored

Little resistance
It is very weak. It has very little resistance to it and no adjustment capability. For me personally, I think I would get more benefit from doing leg exercises with a band. Might work for a beginner. The product itself is well made and sturdy.

I use this while sitting at my desk at work. It allows me to multitask. I love how compact it is as well.
