How long after my tattoo is inked can I use the Aftercare Foam Cleanser?

The Foam Wash is safe to use immediately and is designed to cleanse fresh tattoos. However, you should wait at least 24 hours to have a shower or bath.

How much Foam Wash should I use?

Apply a thin layer of foam to your new tattoo and gently massage in a circular motion. Rinse off with cold or lukewarm water. Pat dry with a thick paper towel and then let it breathe for a little while before applying a thin layer of Aftercare Cream.

How is this different from shower gel?

Unlike ‘regular’ shower gels, our gentle formula has been designed to clean your tattoo immediately after a tattoo session. It is soap free and uses gentle surfactants to clean delicate skin. It can also be used without water - just wipe clean.

Is the Aftercare Foam Wash suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes, this product is hypoallergenic and suitable for sensitive skin, including people with skin conditions such as dermatitis.

Is this product nut-free?

Yes, it is free from tree nut oils. It contains Cocamidopropyl Betaine which is derived from coconut oil. The production facility handles nut-derived ingredients but ensures no cross contamination via thorough cleaning procedures.
