When I received my computer there was a bad fan on the graphics card. I got in touch with the tech support and they were right on top of it. They didn't have a replacement for the card I had so they upgraded it to a better one. I am very pleased with them as they were very helpful. I also love the computer and the new graphics card. I would give them a 10.

I purchased this STGAubron Gaming PC with high hopes — i7-12700F, RX 6600, and solid specs for the price. However, within 2 weeks of normal use, the PC completely failed. The system powers on (fans spin, lights on), but there is no video output, no BIOS, no signal. I verified everything — cables, monitor, GPU seating. I followed all setup instructions. Still no display. I reached out to the seller and left a voicemail and email. No response. I’m now being forced to go through Amazon’s A-to-Z Guarantee process and potentially dispute the charge with my card provider. This product was clearly either poorly tested or built with defective parts. No consumer should experience a total failure this soon after purchase. I still have the original packaging and documented proof of the issue, including photos and video. If the seller sees this, I’m still open to a replacement or refund — but I will not stay silent about a completely failed machine. Avoid this PC or be ready to deal with serious quality issues.

Well packaged but be aware 16gb is a single stick so I ordered two time tech 16gb to make 32 system runs great came with windows 11 as said 8th gen 8750h has a bunch of upgrade paths 9750h and 10750h,10850h ect to get from 8th, 9th to 10th gen motherboard came with wifi card onboard everything works so far! No sounbar came with this one but I've heard they are crap liking the RGB keyboard not into wired mice already had a wireless anyways..great start for beginner and amateur alike..

I should have listened to the reviews. The video card is horrible, can’t run the most basic games even on the lowest settings. You can open the games but playing them is nearly impossible. Every time it crashes the whole system has to be rebooted and takes forever. NOT A GAMING PC!! Spend the extra money and go with a better device.

Below are the reasons I returned this item: 1. False advertisement on the graphics card, it’s a raedon 590 GME so a bit worse then the one they said it was 2. Constant crashing while even running low graphics games, the bug report tool was the main culprit of my crashes I assume. After messing with all my settings the game ran smooth for a bit then crashed at critical moments. 3. I would have thought the keyboard and mouse to be at least better than the ones they come with, definitely very low quality. I would suggest building your own and if you can’t buy the service for it to be build with the parts you choose. The reviews of this brand speak for themselves don’t be eager like I was.

There’s a few things I have to do to get the graphics working…but it looks cool when turned on. It runs like any other computer! It’s not too bad and the price was a good deal!!! I paid 3 times as much on a computer before.

This computer is wonderful. Was quick and easy to set up. Runs quiet and very fast. I’m very happy with my purchase. I purchased for gaming and streaming on Twitch with OBS and VTube Studio.

Was good up until the 2nd day the gpu kept crashing every time I launched simple games such as Roblox and it wasn’t even demanding game, games like grow a garden and even work at a pizza place kept crashing. It would crash on GTA to but it’s a much more demanding game so that’s acceptable. Other than that even after uninstalling the drivers with DDU and reinstalling the drivers it kept crashing and crashing until one day it stopped posting.
