I’m very disappointed that this package did not come with neutralizer shampoo. The package was misleading. I would’ve never ordered this twin pack if I were aware neutralizing shampoo was not included.

Not sure why people are complaining that there’s no shampoo or leave in conditioner. This pack is for professional use; you bring it to your salon. They have everything to wash it out approximately.
