Are there alot of sunflower seeds in this mix? The vet says my Moms bird Poppy is chubby and needs to cut back on the sunflower seeds.

This seed mix is mostly safflower, which is better than sunflower. If your bird is eating too many sunflower seeds, I would suggest switching to a safflower blend, as Birdsafe Store mentioned. Higgins Safflower for Parrots or Volkman Hookbill would be good choices. Neither of these has the high fat sunflower seed. They are also good choices for Amazon Parrots, which tend to have trouble as they get older with higher fat diets.

Is this only for African Greys and Amazons or can I give it to a Goffins cockatoo too?

My Goffins eat everything that my Amazons eat. They both love this mix except for the corn. They have never liked dry corn. But they especially love safflower seeds!
