Is this the same as the paul mitchel one shampoo? i have used that for years. is this the 'new version' ..thank-you!

Hi, Paul Mitchel Shampoo ONE, was one of the very first shampoos that came out when Paul M. opened his company. (Thats when I knew him)  That shampoo was designed for ALL hair types - so like a medium shampoo strenght (None of his shamoos are too harsh.  The Super strong Paul Mitchell shampoo - I use- because I have extra oily hair - so it''s just a teensy stronger (but still not harsh in ANY way - leaves my hair VERY soft and with body)  The Paul Mitchel ONE shampoo - would be like a medium strength.  For people who have very dry hair naturally - they make a shampoo for very dry hair as well.  You can see the different types of shampoo on Paul Mitchell .com - their official website - but then you can look back here and purchase it on amazon.  They have difference strengths and different amounts of moisture - for dry - medium and oily hair -and also curly - for kids etc. when you get to the official  page- you can click on all the different hair types and a menu will drop and give you all your options.  I like to get my shampoo exactly for my type of hair - so I don't need to use conditioner - and the super strong - really cleans -but still has MORE than enough conditioner for me.  But you can't go wrong with any of them. How long does it take to see results?

that's a hard question.  I've been using Paul Mitchell for maybe 29  years.  I loved the way my hair felt the first time I had it cut and my hair dresser used it on it. . I've been getting compliments on my hair ever since.  I don't dye my hair, just wash, condition and let it dry.  My hair is blond and long.  It's the only shampoo and conditioner I use.
