One of my friend suggested Coenzyme Q10 supplement for restoring energy balance & vitality. I found Briyo CoQ10.... I am consuming it daily and the results are beyond my expectations. I read somewhere Coenzyme Q10 supplement also act as a powerful antioxidant & can boost immunity as well. CO-Q10 is an essential vitamin/antioxidant after certain age mainly after 30s. Body stops or slows doen the production of CoQ10. One could take this supplement to fuel and strengthen mitochondria which are energy powerhouses of cells. This product works well if we follow healthy diet and good exercise routine.
