Consuming this for a duration of several months helped me urinate sand with kidney stones reduction in number and size. I had 7 stones 3 on one side and 4 on the other side with sizes upto 7.5 mm. Not sure of any long term side affects of consuming this for several months. Would advise drinking atleast 3.5 litres of water daily too.
