pic look like the saddle leans forward is this normal 4 ladies going to slide forward. my current seat is a mans which leans back very NUMB front!!

I bought this for my wife but I also ride her bike occasionally. Yes, this saddle will definitely pitch you forward but she finds the position comfortable and doesn't feel that she's going to slide forwards. I looked at the Selle Royal website before buying it. It has lots of information about the type of riding position that this seat is designed for.

Is this sadle waterproof?

Yes it is and comfortable. Cycled 200 miles over 4 days and found it was ok. Hope this helps.
