I love it. It was packed nicely, looks cute. I love how I was able to set it all up without getting all stressed out. I have an imac and I had to figure out how to load the right software but it wasn't too hard. It works great. Shipping labels a breeze. I have to change the size slightly for different platforms but its no big deal. I just check the little label window before I print to ensure it looks right.

This printer works really well with my computer. I don't like the app and have issues with it on my phone. The print quality isn't the best. I only use it for shipping labels and thank you stickers so the prints don't need to be perfect, but I sometimes have issues with labels being faded in areas and have to reprint. It is always the worst around the middle, where the address is. I've had this issue across all label brands I've tried, so I don't think it's the label maker's fault. It's very fast, quiet, and super small. It looks cute on my shelf. For the price, it's worth it. I've had more successful prints than failed. If you are wanting to use mainly the phone printing, I would maybe look for a different printer.
