Gluten free on label?

I’m not a nutritionist, dietician, or physician but I can tell you from the listed ingredients that it appears there is no gluten which is found in whole grains-wheat, rye, and barley. People with autoimmune diseases and sensitivities and wheat allergies will react to gluten possibly with stomach/digestive challenges (bloating, the runs, headaches, etc.) I’ve added an update to my initial review that you can check out. I find that this product has a good combination of ingredient supplements. Be patient when taking supplements and follow recommended dosages. Good luck.

Does it help with weight loss?

I am on my third bottle and no weight loss. It does help control glucose levels in the blood which is why I continue to take it and it helps me stay off of Metforman.
