Es cierto que aprieta un poco sobre todo en la zona del empeine si lo tienes alto, pero supongo que si no aprieta no hará el mismo efecto, al usarla al principio notas molestia en esa zona, pero con el tiempo se adapta mejor.

Had minor Achilles soreness from pickleball. Bought this and it gave me reliable stability while I healed. Only 4 stars because pulling on is difficult and the back did end up ripping and needed to be sewed. Could be solved with a donning sleeve, which was not included.
