I bought this because I was looking to get off an expensive Postpaid plan. US Mobile had a great Deal and using this with a Sim based Phone I was able to save money over my Postpaid plan and get great customer service throughout the activation! Setup was easy, activation was easy, and both functionality and Data coverage is great! It includes both Warp(Verizon) and Dark Star(AT&T) sim cards. Would Recommend!

I bought this US Mobile SIM for my father-in-law, who is visiting from India for several months. He uses a Samsung A26, and we quickly discovered that many mainstream prepaid carriers in the U.S. either didn't support the phone properly or had compatibility issues. Initially, we explored other network options, but Verizon compatibility was a problem for his device, and the phone rejected a standard AT&T SIM. Navigating the website is super simple but not to worry help is right there if you need it 24/7. And while you probably won't need it telephone support is also available AND IT'S USA BASED!!!!. Call quality is simply perfect and so far no data issues as well, both of which that normally suffer on MVNO's. I was so happy I moved my entire family off Consumer Cellular (which I quickly developed a special hatred for too many reasons to list) and ZERO regrets. They even instantly seamlessly support ESIM! Look mom no SIMs harmed here :)

Very complicated to set up especially if you want to take advantage of the free trial they offer on the website as they want you to port your number from the he old company to their company. I purchased the SIM card with the intention the switch from a carrier to another to test how it works and the signal in my area but even though they promise that the SIM card in my case the dark Star it will work on AT&t and T-Mobile and you can switch from one another they will not let you switch from a carrier to another if you make use of the trial and they will ask you to buy another card if you want to try another carrier. Their customer service people are very slow to understand what are you talking about and most of the time it will take at least 5 minutes to answer to your questions if you are texting with them which is extremely annoying and unprofessional. They have a lot of plans and they are so confusing that nobody knows what is going on. If you start a new line from their app and have auto pay enabled they automatically enroll you in the 45 dollars plan, if you want the cheaper plan at $25 you have to opt specifically for it. Maybe it's only me but I don't think this is a very good company to do business with your experience might different unfortunately I do not have a good experience so far.

The plans are genuinely affordable, the coverage is solid, and the speeds are better than you’d expect at this price point. Setup is easy, the app is clean, and support is actually responsive. If you want maximum value without sacrificing performance, this is the one.

I love US Mobile's service. I have four lines with them. Easy to port numbers, excellent web site, great customer support, fantastic prices, etc. Probably the best value and service in wireless. However, the pictures presented are misleading. The sim kits that I have ordered do not include a Light Speed card, nor is there such a thing as a universal sim card that I'm aware of. Read the product description and expect to receive sim cards for Warp (Verizon) and Dark Star (AT&T). I had to order two Light Speed (T-Mobile) sim cards directly from US Mobile. To their credit, they sent them free of charge after I complained, but their advertisements regarding sim kits should be more clear.

Great! Better though if it also included the Light Speed (T-Mobile) SIM card. Also 50GB+ international roaming (rather than 20GB like other US providers).
