I bought this US Mobile SIM for my father-in-law, who is visiting from India for several months. He uses a Samsung A26, and we quickly discovered that many mainstream prepaid carriers in the U.S. either didn't support the phone properly or had compatibility issues. We wanted something affordable, prepaid, and reliable. Initially, we explored other network options, but Verizon compatibility was a problem for his device, and the phone rejected a standard AT&T SIM. I was running out of options until I tried the US Mobile Dark Star SIM. To my surprise, it activated without any issues and worked right away. That alone was a huge relief. What impressed me even more was the network performance. Our family frequently travels beyond cities and suburbs—into farms, rural areas, state parks, national parks, campgrounds, and remote locations where coverage can often be hit or miss. I bought this because I was looking to get off an expensive Postpaid plan. US Mobile had a great Deal and using this with a Sim based Phone I was able to save money over my Postpaid plan and get great customer service throughout the activation! Setup was easy, activation was easy, and both functionality and Data coverage is great! It includes both Warp(Verizon) and Dark Star(AT&T) sim cards. Would Recommend!

I’ve tried a lot of prepaid carriers, and US Mobile is the one I keep coming back to. The plans are genuinely affordable, the coverage is solid, and the speeds are better than you’d expect at this price point. Setup is easy, the app is clean, and support is actually responsive. If you want maximum value without sacrificing performance, this is the one.

Card arrived quickly and was easy to install with the app. They put me on a, "30 day" trial period. I left on an important trip and after a few days the data was used up and all service was disconnected. Also, I was unable to call even though the call and texting was unlimited. I was stranded and had to find a place with public wifi to connect to their app. I was speaking with customer support for hours and missed the first part of my trip. They had me switch cards saying I would get better service as well but then the next customer rep said that would do nothing to help so I spent even more time transitioning the new card activation with no service. Their customer service is just horrible. Also, this does not come with the light card / T-Mobile which provides the fastest data in my area.

Rated best MVNO in the country by Wired Magazine and to give them a try will show you why they received that rating first hand. Navigating the website is super simple but not to worry help is right there if you need it 24/7. And while you probably won't need it telephone support is also available AND IT'S USA BASED!!!!. Call quality is simply perfect and so far no data issues as well, both of which that normally suffer on MVNO's. I was so happy I moved my entire family off Consumer Cellular (which I quickly developed a special hatred for too many reasons to list) and ZERO regrets. They even instantly seamlessly support ESIM! Look mom no SIMs harmed here :)

I love US Mobile's service. I have four lines with them. Easy to port numbers, excellent web site, great customer support, fantastic prices, etc. Probably the best value and service in wireless. However, the pictures presented are misleading. The sim kits that I have ordered do not include a Light Speed card, nor is there such a thing as a universal sim card that I'm aware of. Read the product description and expect to receive sim cards for Warp (Verizon) and Dark Star (AT&T). I had to order two Light Speed (T-Mobile) sim cards directly from US Mobile. To their credit, they sent them free of charge after I complained, but their advertisements regarding sim kits should be more clear.

I bought it so I could switch back to a physical SIM on my phone. Inserted the Dark Star SIM and contacted customer support switch over. Done in 10 mins, easy peasy.

Saves me a lot of money and I get great reception.
