Great place to start if you're interested in learning about the flower remedies and how to use them. Each remedy is described based on personalities, traits, or thought patterns it can help with. It has helped me to narrow down a few to start with instead of feeling like I *need* almost all of them. It also gave a better description than I had previously found for Rescue Remedy, which convinced me to try it for myself as well as my ADHD son. It has helped both of us on multiple occasions. Very happy with this book.

Great study guide for Bach flower remedies

The layout of this small book reminds me of a Dover reprint - lots of white space, old type fonts, and very stiff cheap paper. Nothing is wrong with the information though: it's accurate and easy to understand. However, if you have worked with the essences, it will not offer new insights or information. Good basic reference.

Loved this book. I have several Bach flower books, and so have become familiar with the various essences, but this very simple seeming book was the final step in my attempt to create recipes for specific people. It's written in a way that is assessable and entertaining. I highly recommend it.
