What are the operating temperature ranges for this?

Used it for seal installation...275 degrees at 4500psig system...hydraulic cylinders assembly

It says safe for 'incidental food contact' whatever that means. Anyone try using this with something like orings in an espresso machine? comments?

Exactly what it means, it can be used on o-rings in equipment that comes into contact with food items. The amount of contact combined with the amount of lube on an o-ring isn’t going to be health threatening.

Would this product can be used for wheel bearing?

do not use this for wheel bearings. silicone lube is intended for lubricating rubber components. there are products that are specifically for wheel bearings.

can be used for brake job (guide slider pins)?

I use the silicone to lubricate O-Rings used in Air Conditioner Compressor rebuild. I don't know the temperature limits of the silicone. I use anti seize on the slider pins which has a very high temperature rating.
