Got me out of a bind
Whew! Saved the day. Worth the money just on the one sheared bolt I had to remove from our washing machine. I hope I never have to use them again, but I'll be confident in my abilities to remove sheared bolts in the future with these in hand.

Used bit in kit - clearly a return.
Just returned due to receiving a used kit. 5/32 bit used (heavy use). although box was cleaned still shows signs of grease. Note to vendor - sell as used or check your returns better! Brand Quality ok as have the 3/8 socket kit that I purchased last year. I am waiting for replacement.

1/2" shanks on the extractor make them very durable!
The 1/2" shanks make it very strong, especially when removing a small screw or bolt. Extractors that are the diameter of a small screw of bolt can snap off and the problem then becomes much more difficult.

Questionable Strength/Quality.
Extractor snapped under medium pressure with a socket wrench and is now lodged inside the bolt, making the problem significantly worse. I had drilled the appropriate hole into the broken bolt. Had treated the bolt with PB blaster for days prior. Had knocked it with a hammer to loosen. These extractors are not strong enough for a bolt which has become stuck to the point where the head has broken off, which is typically why you end up needing an extractor in the first place!!

Complete kit with a nice storage case
Multiple sizes of left handed drill bits plus a matching range of extractors. I used it this morning for the first time to remove 4 rusted steel bolts that had been in for about 10 years and wouldnโt budge. I tried the smallest drill bit first and it snapped. Tried the next two larger sizes and they didnโt seem to cut into the screw very well. I finally gave up and took a hammer and a chisel and removed the screw head. I am hoping to have better luck next time.

Worked fantastic!
I stripped out a 1/4" Hex Oil Plug and this extractor backed it right out no problem! These work great on soft metal. I tried to post some photos but received the "sorry something went wrong."

Works on aluminum
Worked well getting a seized thru-axle out of my rear hub.

Maybe it's me...
I don't want to be too harsh. I believe I saw this on project farm as a highly recommended product. I needed it for one project, that was to get a roughly 5/16 inch diameter screw (of which the back end broke off of) out of a wall. There were not instructions. This was my first time using such a tool. I got a drill bit that I could carefully drill down the center/middle of said screw, then tried again, and again with these bits to extract said bolt. I tried hammering the extractor to the screw. I tried different sizes. Got a friend over to try to help me (his first time using such a tool). I took a break and tried looking up tutorials. I couldn't get these to work for me. Maybe I was being a rookie making some sort of rookie mistake. Maybe this would be an awesome product if it just came with some instructions. If I was more confident that my technique was perfect, and that these just couldn't get the "bite" needed to grab the screws, then I'd rate these 1 star... But since there's a chance that it was my beginner skills, I am ranking it at a 3-star.

Poor quality
Poor quality, smallest extractor broke on first bolt, two other extractors stripped.
