This thing is a masterpiece. Evenly dehydrates my fruits, peppers, Jerky etc... my old one (a round, white, plug in and use with no settings or anything) gave out and we decided to splurge a little and see what these controlled settings were all about. Love the timer function, the different temp settings for different foods and the ease of loading and removing the wire trays. So easy to use and wipe down. The quality is outstanding. We've been using it for months now are enjoying the results tremendously. It's pretty quiet and the value for the money is definitely worth it.

One of the best dehydrator i have used. Has 6 trays with a pretty good amount of space on each tray. Works extremely well. Stainless steel trays. On the very top shows the different temps for different items. Very easy to use, easy directions. Can barley hear it in the next room, quiet. Easy to clean, just soak the trays and wipe the inside.

This food dehydrator looks nice and gets the job done. It's compact size is great for easy storage. It comes with 7 trays but has only 6 "shelves". The 7th tray, if used, sits on the bottom of the unit, so it wouldn't get the air flow you need. That's my only complaint, and for the price, overall I'm happy with the purchase.

This is a great dehydrator. Looks nice and coordinates well with all of my other stainless appliances. Easy to use and operate with lots of temperature and time settings for any variety of foods. Plenty of rack space. Runs relatively quiet. The user manual is pretty basic and not very well written but the unit is pretty easy to figure out without it. First thing I made was some beef jerky and it came out perfectly after setting the dehydrator on 160° for 6 hours. Yummy! Clean up was easy too!

The flavors of my fruit and vegetables are wonderful, works great. The quality is perfect for all kinds of foods. Has easy to use controls and a manual to use that is easy to follow so you don’t mess it up. It hold a lot of food to dehydrate, and is very quiet that I let it run during the night while we slept. It’s heavier and bigger than I thought. The slots/shelves were narrow, so you need to plan ahead on the thickness of the ingredients you tried to dehydrate. Also keep in mind, the “wetter” items to stay on the lower rack and spaces in between. The machine has a small humming noise, but otherwise it works great. I used it to dehydrate fruit for cereals. Easy to clean and with the size of held plenty of the fruits I put in, it worth the money.

I just got this as a Christmas gift. I love dried fruit and was excited to test this out right away. The device is very easy to set up and operate. What I most appreciate is the ability to control the degree of dehydration. My favorite dried fruits are peaches and apricots, but the store-bought varieties are either too soft or excessively dried out to the consistency of leather, which some people like but I do not. Peaches and apricots are not in season, so I haven’t tried them yet, but I frequently cook with sun-dried tomatoes, so I was able to de-hydrate cherry tomatoes, and they came out great! The flavor intensifies with dehydration and there is a freshness to the flavors that are not present in sun-dried tomatoes. I’ve also created tomato-infused olive oil and used it in salad dressing. I also tried it on grapes and they came out candy-sweet tasting. The device is compact in size, so it doesn’t take up a lot of room on a countertop. It’s very easy to use; you can “set it and forget it,” or you can set a timer. Either way, there is a window to monitor the progress of the dehydration and make any adjustments you want.

Footprint is small, but hold more food to dehydrate. But digital display is broken and temp only go as high as 158f. Will hear fairly large fan noise during usage. Factor in the price, overall a good value buy
