Great blender!
This is a work horse of a blender. There is no problem crushing ice or almonds with this machine. I was a little hesitate to spend the extra money, but I'm so happy I did. It is well worth it.

Powerful tool for making perfect smoothies
I wasn't sure what to expect since this was my first Vitamix but wow does this thing do its job perfectly. It doesn't have any preset functions but it feels bullet proof with the simple 1-10 speed settings and pulse button. I can get ice and frozen fruit blended into perfect consistency without any ice chunks in about 30 to 45 seconds depending on size of smoothie. I also like the 48 oz size container since it seems to be the right amount and creates a perfect fruit and/or veggie vortex. I was able to blend kale and spinach with green apple into a smoothie (always add water) and get consistent results like something I could order from a real smoothie shop. It cuts through the green stuff so well its almost like a juicer. If you use a strainer with the right mesh you could sift out the extra fiber to get the same result as a juicer. This blender has got me in a healthier mindset since I've been more inclined to using it for my daily nutrition. Worth every penny for me and I expect it to last 20 years with serviceable parts

Best blender ever
Should have gotten this blender years ago. The smoothies we make with peanut butter wrecked my old Breville blender quite a difference between 120 volts and 1320 volts this blender is very easy to use and cleans up easily as well

Vitamix blender
There is nothing to match the quality of a vita mix blender I got the basics but it is just as powerful and awesome as the most expensive one it does everything you wanted to do makes smoothies as well as ice cream hot soups and sorbets I can also make dough grind nut butters make different kinds of milks from almond cashew to oats and even more and many more items that are not even mentioned this is a very powerful blender if you ever deciding to buy a blender and you don’t buy a Vitamix don’t say I didn’t warn you the others do not compare Save to get this basic blender Vitamix you will never regret your choice it is worth the money it is a great item that is also guaranteed for five years and you can also add a warranty to stretch the warranty even longer it is well worth the price this is a Vitamix that will last you a lifetime or you can choose One of the more expensive ones that will have all the bells and whistles but you will always get quality but I don’t think you’ll get a better quality than Vitamix I have wanted one of these blenders for more than 10 years and finally had enough money that I didn’t have any bills to pay and was able to buy this as a gift to myself give yourself the gift of health give yourself something that tells yourself you love yourself this blender will take care of you and give you the most healthiest foods you could ever have the Vitamix blender is the strongest blender even in choosing a blender all the others do not compare and they also have commercial Blenders. Powerful blender
We mainly make smoothies, but I was interested in having something that could make nut milks, peanut butter, etc. I had an old Hamilton Beach brand blender which lasted along time, but wasn't particularly powerful. When it started to burn out I decided to get something a little nicer. I did a LOT of research. The Vitamix generally scored pretty high on all the tests, with some complaints of it being too loud, heavy, powerful??? and expensive. I decided to bite the bullet and buy one. It is loud for sure. It's heavy and big. It is super powerful. Some people complained that it's too powerful and that at high speed it creates an air pocket around the blades. Adding a little liquid usually solves that problem for me, the few times it happened. It happened once making hummus and I just used the little tamp down tool they give you to push stuff into the blades. You can just turn the power down a few steps too. I don't really see it as a problem. I'd rather have the extra power there. The fact that the blades aren't removeable makes cleaning a little harder, especially with the thick stuff, but you can usually just pour some soapy water in there and run the blades at high speed to clean them. I think my biggest complaint is that the pitcher doesn't feel very secure on the mount. Like my picture shows, you put the pitcher on the motor mount and when you turn the blades on and the torque kicks in, the whole pitcher twists on the mount. It doesn't feel totally secure. I don't think it would ever go flying off or anything. Once it twists and catches on the rubber footing underneath, it feels secure. It just seems like an odd thing that Vitamix would make a pitcher base that is a little larger than the mount it's sitting on. Unless there's some design reason for it. It just feel off. That being said, it's an amazing blender. I make smoothies with cashews, dry oats, chia seeds, etc, and with the old blender it was always a little gritty. This things blends everything 100%, no leftover bits of things in the smoothy. I made oatmilk and it was totally smooth, no bits to strain out. Maybe I could have gotten similar results with a cheaper blender? I don't regret spending the money. It feels super solid and well built.

So far so good. Takes a bit of practice figuring out portion control, particially for smoothies, etc. Really like the simplicity of the E310, we considered the 750, but very happy with the decison to go with the E310. We haven't found the smaller container with the E310 to be an issue. The biggest issue for blending is having enough liquid, so it mixes well without getting bogged down. Mixes frozen fruit, vegetables and ice silky smooth and you can get that restaurant result. We bought the slate grey colour which is like the colour of that matte/glossy grey you see on some new vehicles. This replaced another well known brand blender we had, which still worked, but the Vitamix is definitely the champ.

We just replaced a perfectly fine cuisinart blender with the Vitamix for making breakfast or lunch smoothies. It is very powerful and not as noisy as we thought it would be . It does get noisy at the very top speed and if you have too much frozen fruit or ice in it but no worse than the cuisinart. A couple of differences though. The vitamix is a plastic mixer bowl and the blades are permanently mounted to it. The cuisinart you spin off the bottom and can easily get at the blades to clean/examine them and the mixer is glass. Both the containers can go in a dishwasher, though with the Vitamix we have just rinsed or washed using a bit of dish soap in the mixer and running at high speed for about a minute and then rinsing. But if the blades do dull you can’t just order a new set of blades, you have to order the whole container with the blades. Overall very happy but no Vitamix is cheap.

I bought the Vitamix E310 because it’s known as one of the most powerful blenders for making smoothies and protein ice creams. The first time I used it, it worked great. However, on my second attempt making frozen strawberry ice cream (360g frozen strawberries with 200ml milk), the blender burned out. The motor stopped working completely and there was a burning smell. I always used the tamper and never ran it for longer than about 60 seconds at a time, so this was very disappointing, especially given the high price and Vitamix’s reputation for durability. I’m returning it through Amazon because I expected this blender to handle frozen fruit without issues. If you plan to make thick frozen blends, be cautious about the amount of frozen ingredients and the liquid ratio. I really wanted to love this product, but I can’t recommend it for heavy frozen recipes based on my experience.
