Pine nuts go well with many dishes; but they are expensive. In this case, the price was very reasonable and I was able to cook (using one cup for each dish) multiple times. I think this is a good alternative to most of the brands sold in supermarkets. The taste was not compromised.

I have been looking for a reasonably priced and quality pine nuts for quite a white. This is it! It's being used to make granola, ingredient in Chinese mooncakes, salads, and small packets of special snack (one time) for the grandkids. The flavor reminds me of my childhood in the 1950s when my father would bring home boxes of pine nuts still in the shell. We enjoyed gathering around the table to shell and eat them. This 2024 packaged and shelled pine nuts are so nostalgic. Great flavor, good crunch factor, lovely aroma.

Love them, great in pesto and I love them on salads and in soups. They add a nice buttery smooth crunch. I often just grab a small handful to munch on for a snack. Pine nuts are high fat, high calory, high energy food that you can carry small amounts to sustain you on a hike without carrying a lot of weight. This 2lb bag can last a long time if you portion properly. I am a big dude with a healty appetite and a bag of these can last in my house for several months, they seem to hold well without going rancid as fast as other nuts and seeds do.

Great pine nuts, they were very fresh. I used these to make a huge batch of pesto for the winter months. I will definitely buy these again next season.
