It was easy to set up, the heat level was great, the material is very durable, fits perfectly in my office, the pocket on the outside is great to put your phone in and listen to music without your phone overheating. The red light really brought a relaxing vibe. Would recommend for sure!

First off I really love this purchase! I absolutely love the feeling of stepping out of a sauna after 45 minutes and felling my system flushed out. The benefits are really kicking in. On Amazon you can find 10-15 different but same models of this style of a one person sauna. I choose this one for the "extra" benefit of having a mat included. It is so nice to step out and have something to stand on after dripping with sweat. There is only one annoyance and one improvement i wish this model had that is preventing me from giving it 5 stars. The annoyance I think is just a safety hazard which is that recommended 45 minutes max of sitting inside the sauna. The product does take 15 minutes to heat and build the condensation. So when you turn product on the machine automatically sets itself to 45 minutes but if you want to sit inside for 45 minutes you have to keep adding 15 minutes to the timer and wait to get itself ready. I kinda wish it had a preset timer for heating time before the timer of the machine starts registering. The one improvement is once you are inside sitting down you have no way of knowing how long you have before the machine turns off. I wish the machine would beep when have 5 minutes left and another beep every minute after until it stops and you hear a double beep to know your time is up. But overall this is a great product that I truly recommend.

I can't speak to the longevity of this thing but I can definitely attest to it's quality and performance. You'll not find a better portable sauna in this price range. Yes it is a touch cramped (I'm 6 foot tall, 210lbs) but it's by no means uncomfortable. And it seriously makes you sweat. I crack it down from the highest setting (15) a couple of notches (12) after I get in and it stays perfect.

I loved it while it worked. The steaming unit will no longer turn on. It did create enough steam and hold the heat. Compact size can easily fit in your home. However, roughly 9 month later it won't even turn on. I did not use it excessively. There were months I didn't use it at all. Really disappointed right now. Good news is the seller worked with me to solve the problem. When it couldn't be fixed or replaced, they refunded my money. I'll probably purchase another.
