ACCUSHARP - 15 Degree Knife Sharpener

Wouldn’t recommend! I thought i could easily sharpen my knives quickly! To a high level of sharpness! The same as my stones! Not at all ! In fact it made a few of my knives blades blunter !

I have never had to keep my knives sharpened , it was my husband’s job ,but it’s up to me now ☹️. My sister has one of these and she told me how easy is is to use so I ordered one and I couldn’t believe how fast and easy it was to use, even on serrated knives. I sharpened ever knife in my kitchen in about 20 minutes and it worked great. This is perfect for anyone that has never had to sharps knife or isn’t comfortable doing it !

I like that it helps keep the correct v edge. It works really well. I’m a prep cook at a busy restaurant and I use my knives daily. This is a great little sharpening tool and it fits perfectly in my knife bag.

For around $15, this is an okay sharpener—it does what it’s supposed to, within reason. I’m honestly not sure why some people are complaining. You’re not going to get professional results from a tool at this price point. That said, I would absolutely not use this on expensive knives. If you care about your blades, use a proper sharpening stone. This is more of a quick, budget-friendly option. One thing to be aware of: if you press down too hard while using it, you can damage the blade. The packaging even warns about this, and I’ve seen others mention it too—so use a light touch. I picked this up to revive an old vintage Pierre Santini knife set from my parents from the ’60s/'70s that was duller than a butter knife. The 15° angle definitely helped bring some life back into them, which is exactly what I needed. Overall, it’s a decent, low-cost tool for older or lower-value knives—but not something I’d trust with anything high-end.

Best and easiest sharpener. Have several and this is a must have.
