For the money it is a solid little android smart phone. Looks, feels and operates like a more expensive phone. Set up was easy, just follow instructions on screen. Data transfer from old phone was fine no issues. Usual updates, setting confirmations etc. you always get with a new device. There were quite a few but it didn't take to long. Got delivered 2 days early which is great but it was lucky I was in to receive it. All in all very pleased with the purchase.

I bought the Samsung Galaxy A16 as a second phone for work so I could keep emails, WhatsApp, and calls separate from my personal phone. I’m not usually an Android fan - I hadn’t used one in years - but this has been a pleasant surprise. For what I need, it’s been excellent. Setup was quick, and performance is smooth for everyday tasks. The screen is bright and clear, call quality is solid, and the battery life is actually great - it easily lasts a full day of regular use and still has plenty left in the evening. I picked up two of these - one for me and one for a colleague - and both have been reliable so far. The packaging is very plain and cheap-looking, but that’s not really an issue at this price. The phone itself feels far better quality than you’d expect for the money - sturdy, well-built, and comfortable to hold. It’s not lightning-fast when switching between apps, but for under £120, it’s excellent value for a dependable work phone or everyday backup.

It's an A series phone not an S series, but it does everything that we need and at less than 1/6 of the cost of an S series. It is set up to access emails, mobile banking and to access my mother's smart heating controls. It is larger than my S series and has a nice bright screen and is now updated to the latest Android software and user interface without any issues. I am reviewing the A series phone and we are delighted with it. An S series may be "better", "faster", accrording to marketing and hype, but in reality this A series is very good and a very sensible option. Looks exactly the same as any other Galaxy smart phone. No issues with battery life or with speed of response.
