I do not think you are supposed to go lower on the hz! You can go a little higher and be fine!

This replaced my “350/370 , 5/60 +5%, 50/60 hz capacitor” with no problems. Cylinder was slightly slimmer and taller than my oem, but it fit and got my a/c back again.
